Excavation of ground upto 0.15mtr and remove the grass, and any dumped building materials/debris and disposal the same lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m disposed materials to neatly dressed and thinning of tree branches wherever required

First Dig : Earth work in surface excavation up to 0.45Mtr in depth including removal of vegetation, debris, and top soil etc., and disposal of the same including loading, unloading and stacking up to 5 km leads and lifts. The area should be free from weeds and well prepared for lawn development.

Second Dig : Excavation of earth up to the depth of 0.45Mtr and removal of vegetation and neatly levelling etc., The area should be free from weeds and to be well prepared for lawn development

Supplying and stacking of good red earth at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts

Supplying and stacking of FYM at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts. Spreading the same in required thickness on the plants and lawn planting area and watering etc

Supplying and stacking of Red Soil at site including royalty and carriage with all leads and lifts. Spreading the same in required thickness on the plants and lawn planting area and watering etc

Supplying of Neem cake including carriage with all leads and lifts

Supplying of Furadan/phorate including carriage with all leads and lifts

Supplying and application of biodegraded organic manure/coco peat neatly packed in 25 kg bags each at the site of work i/c loading, unloading, stacking, transportation etc., complete as per the direction of officers in charge

Supply and application of DAP of approved quality at site of work as per direction of the office’s-in-charge

Supplying of lush green , well developed shaded pear lawn turf measuring 4sq.ft at site including loading, unloading and carriage with all leads and lifts etc., complete and up to the satisfaction of Officer’s in-charge

Supplying of pearl grass with sufficient roots, nods and rhizomes for dibbling/planting at the site of work, including loading, unloading and carriage with all leads and lifts etc., complete and up to the satisfaction of Officer’s in-charge

Labourer charges: Mixing and spreading of red earth, horse Manure/Farm Yard Manure and fertilizer and pesticide application for the planting area and leveling, fine dressing the ground and grassing the shaded/bermuda grass in rows 5cm apart in both the directions etc., and as per specification

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, foliage’s, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & Fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the institute & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor) for two months.

Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor, high density polyethylene pipes 6.00kgs/sq.cm (40mm dia PVC) working pressure of outside diameter raising mains & exposed distribution pipes with special flange, compression type fittings, wall clips, making good the wall, ceiling and floor, including cost of all materials, labour charges, HOM and testing complete as per specifications

Supplying and fixing 12Mtr Radious Gear Drive sprinkler and adaptors (premier/ kisan/ oriplast/ finolex/ trubore make) or any other equivalent brand including cost of all other fittings for the job etc., complete as directed and as per specifications

Supplying and fixing 5-6 mtr Radious Gear Drive (popup) sprinklers and adaptors (premier/ kisan/ oriplast/ finolex/ trubore make) or any other equivalent brand including cost of all other fittings for the job etc., complete as directed and as per specifications

Supplying and fixing Protection sleeves for Gear Drive sprinklers (premier/ kisan/ oriplast/ finolex/ trubore make) or any other equivalent brand including cost of all other fittings for the job etc., complete as directed and as per specifications

Supplying and fixing of 63mm PVC control/ball valve as per specifications

Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation of buildings, water supply and sanitary lines and electrical conduits etc., either in pits or in trenches 0.45m - 1.0m in width, in soil not exceeding 1.5m in depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50m. including breaking of clods complete as per specification
