M & L 600x1200x7-8 mm Virified tiles satin finish with carvings , in floors fixed with spacers 3mm wide and filled/pointed with epoxy tile grout of colour as directed etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, incl dismantling old tiles and removing rubbish off the MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L 600x1200x7-8 mm Virified tiles satin finish with carvings in skirting fixed with spacers 3mm wide and filled/pointed with epoxy tile grout of colour as directed etc. fiixed over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, incl dismantling old tiles and removing rubbish off the MOD land complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L granite lapotra black coloured 18-20 mm thick work in steps,risers, jambs, pillars, window cill , cooking platform and flooring including bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone / brick masonry / concrete surfaces including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding both the sides edges of granite and polishing incl cutting old concrete flooring 20 mm thk complete all as speicified and directed.

M & L cutting grooves 3 mm wide and 2mm deep on stone slabs such as in steps and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12.5 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw (as per manufacturers instructions) to Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including two coats of oil bound distemper over primer on ceiling including dismantling of existing false ceiling with gridcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for decorative POP cornices/moulding of pattern as per approved by Engr-in-charge of cross section area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25 Sqcm including two coats of oil bound distemper over primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new un decorated surfaces of ceiling incl, cornice and applying one two of distemper oil emulsion over alkali resistant priming paint over 1 mm thk putty on ceiling all as spd and directed.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern tiles or similar tiles in roofing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern Gde 'AA' interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for IInd class HW clean sawn battens exceeding 5 and n. exc 15 sqcm in cross section, spaced at 30cm centres complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling in any position (unframed wok) exc 40sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F IInd class hard wood timber clean sawn as in scantling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing / fixed in repairs IInd class HW timber scantling including replace old and decayed timber(including peicing,scaffing,etc)

S&F in repair for 5mm thick ACP sheet wooden texture finish along with aluminium frame work in eves board/ facia and making groove and shelf as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Raking out joints/ pointing to old stone masonry walls in cm 1:3 complete incl scaffolding work , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of slate battens, any size and spacing prepared and treated all over (measured overall on one side only, spaces not deducted) with two coats creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing shutters and cutting at bottoms finishing smooth edges and refixing in same opening incl painting wk complete all as directed

S&F 0.63 mm thick grade 'O', GI corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade 'B' corrugation, zink coating @ 120 GSM inclusive of both side, laid with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old decorated surfaces by brooming down rubbing and scraping down where ever necessary and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as plinth protection/ flooring and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete incl dismantling old tiles/ levelling natural ground to receive sub base as reqd complete all as specified and directed;

S & F chequered cement concrete tile 450x450x25 mm thk set and jointed in neat cement slurry and fixed with 4 mm thk spacers and joint filled with grey cement & pigment (glossy finish/rubber moulded) over screed bed 20 mm thk in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion 1 mm thick wall care putty and akali resistant primer one coat on walls all as spd and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm gr aggr in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge, concreting on walls under roof sheets etc using waste of formwork at any height incl use of scaffolding and security measure comple all as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in PVC casing capping including CI/MS sunk boxes on wall for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down fan/ exhaust fan sealing cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to stores all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of modular five step type fan regulator 120W, 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
