Renovation of Sewerage Network pipelines at DRM and NM type quarters in Shaktinagar Colony under DSA of Chandrapur Area (Retender 2nd call).

Hiring of JCB including all cost complete i.e. Driver, helper, diesel, fuel, water charges, contractor profit for demolishing any structure, cleaning works and any type of earth work with lead of 50 metre. Note: - The contractor shall engage tyre mounted JCB machine behind DRM & NM type quarters for demolishing of any type of structure, cleaning & levelling of earth surface along with disposal of debris as per direction of EIC for construction/repairing of chambers and for laying of sewerage network pipelines. The contractor is recommended for Site visit before participating in Tender.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, by mechanical / manual means ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m: Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia. But not exceeding 300mm dia

Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables, etc. in ordinary/hard rock exceeding 1.5 m in depth but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth upto 1.5 metre) Ordinary rock: Pipes, cables exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm dia

Providing and supplying in standard lengths ISI mark rigid unplasticised PVC pipes suitable for potable water with solvent cement joints including cost of couplers, as per IS specification no. 4985 / 1988 excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect, including transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to the departmental stores and stacking the same in closed shed duly protected from sun rays and rains including cost of jointing material i.e. solvent cement, etc. complete (selffit type to be jointed with cement solvent).b) Working Pressure 6 Kg. / Sq.cm 315 mm

Lowering, laying and jointing with P.V.C. pipes and specials of following class and diameter including cost of conveyance from stores to site of works including cost of all labour, material, except cement solvent, rubber ring, as per IS code, etc. complete (with cement solvent joint / ring fit joint). Working Pressure 6 to 12.5 Kg./Sq.cm. 315 mm. Note: - The Rigid PVC pipes shall be laid at damaged existing network lines between chambers and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (For Laying of PVC & RCC pipes)

Brickwork with fly ash bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (For Pre-cast slabs)
