M & L for provide water proofing treatment to wall surfaces of any description / heghit and toilet sunken floor/ wall surfaces with ACRYLIC ELASTOMERIC COATING of Dr FIXIT by the following process & specifications :- (a) Preparation of unplastered surfaces by cleaning of dust, washing with water etc and fillig the cracks with cement sand mortar 1:1. (b) Apply two coats of POWERCRETE of Dr FIXIT or equivalant as approved at the rate of 500g /Sqm area for each coat to obtained minimum of thickness of 1mm including grouting of drain out pipe with above chemical. ( after the application of each coat let the surface dry for 5 hrs) (c) Apply 3mm thick APP membrane with Torchen method. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B 0) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 25 mm thick mixing with WPC as in bedding in sunken portions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1 : 4) on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC . Note :- Water proofing compound shall be paid separately
