PURCHAGING OF CHLORINE GAS YEARLY TENDER BASIS FOR WTP IN TMC SANDUR LIMITS

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the equipments similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements upto at least not less than 80% i.e 1.57 lakhs with minimum supply of 2 nos of chlorine gas cylinder to any govt orgnisation of the requirement. However it will be 40% i.e, 0.79 lakhs with minimum of 1 no of chlorine gas cyclinders to any govtorgnisation with respect to MSME of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years ( 2 years for MSME ). The equipments offred for supply must be of the most recent series models in corporating the design the models should have been released on or after work order ( indicate the year of the model as appropriate ) and be in satisfactory operation for ( specify an appropriate period) months as on date of tender opening or For Authorised Suppliers: Tenders of Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i)The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC, and (ii) The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply like chlorine gas cylinder to the Government Departments, that is for an amount of 0.55 or 1 No s chlorine gas cylinder supply is required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section XI

Firm registration certificate: Only registered shall participate. The firm registration certificate should be produced.( Company Registration Certificate, GST,MSME Registration Certificate).
