Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area upto 1.5km complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, pavings, aprons, pathway etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of plain cement concrete in kerb stone & the like of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this schedule complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil incl trimming sides and forming bottom surface as required level/slope etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, top surface finished fair & even, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 3m x 3m and joints shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3). Quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive for same.

M&L for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick, laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished rubber moulded cement concrete chequered colour tiles of any colour of size 300mm x 300mm x 22-25mm thick laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 and pointed in matching colour cement as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L factory made 60mm thick prepolished machine pressed / vibration moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed. Note : Sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately.

M&L factory made 60mm thick prepolished machine pressed / vibration moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.Note : Sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately.

All as per Srl item No 10.00 here in above but except interlocking paving blocks i.e. using old interlocking paving blocks obtained from dismantling under serial item No 2.00 here-in-before laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed. Note : Sand cushioning will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying of sand including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast (factory casted) cement concrete kerb stone casted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plan or interlocking joints (as directed), making groove in ground of desired dimension, placing in erect position Kerb stone in edging and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, making good disturbed surface of ground complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 13.00 here-in-above but except precast cement concrete kerb stone i.e. using old precast cement concrete kerb stone obtained from dismantling under serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of kerb stone etc over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, alternate in black and white colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old previously painted concrete surfaces of kerb stone etc over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, alternate in black and white colour complete all as specified & as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in water through, surface channels, gap between road & road side kerb stone and drains including necessary formwork and finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) complete with collars including dismantling of old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS-3262, laid through road marking machine in 2.5mm thick layer of CRYSTALEX using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads 250 gms/sqm for reflectivity for lines, dashes, arrows, zebra marking etc all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from green work cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. (ii) The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained. Make :- Asian Paints, Berger Paints & Shalimar Paints as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs solar cat eyes (solar studs) made of aluminium dicasted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel(2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela), view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardner etc as per manufacturer's instructions at the location complete all as directed. S&F in repair aluminium body road stud of size 110mm x 120mm x 24mm with both side red/yellow colour reflector, fixed with epoxy on road surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Model No 972 of Dark Eye or equivalent Oscar, 3M Brand as per approved by GE.

S&F in repair solar delinator, 1200mm long, Flashing rate 30 times per minute, Electronically operated with Solar cells, Battery Ni-Cd 1.2 V, bottom frame aluminum, reflective frame polycarbonate PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and including necessary excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n. exc. 50m complete all as directed. Make : Model No DA112 of Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M /7M Oskar as approved by GE.

Dismantling of sign / information board of any description, shape & size including post and frame complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as directed.

M&L for stainless steel square / round pipe (conforming to ASTM A312 / A213 / A249 TP) SS 304 grade as in post / frame of sign boards with SS plate, rivets or bolts and nuts etc including drilling, riveting, welding for fixing aluminium sheet complete as directed. Make: Sail, Jindal, Tata or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F retro reflective sign board made of High intensity retro reflective sheeting on both sides of 3M / Avery Denison make approved by IRC / MOST with message and graphics to be overlay film/High intensity retro reflective sheeting of 3M / Avery Denison make approved by IRC / MOST reflective tape of same make duly plotter cut, of approved color, letters (single side) in white colour, to be pasted on and including 3mm thick aluminium sheet fixed with SS frame work complete as directed. Note - SS frame work will be measured and seperately.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

M&L for removing excavated soil n.exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5cm above starting point.

S&F road traffic informing convex mirror 100cm of polycarbonate material on road junction and corners with adjustable brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dark Eye or equivelant in ABS Industry as approved by GE.

S&F ABS plastic heavy duty speed breaker size 335mm x 245mm x 50mm made of ABS material two high reflactive reflectors in each piece fixing with bolt complete all as specified. Make : Dark Eye model No DA 1005 or equivelant in ABS Industry/Sinor.
