M&L for mild steel angle and flat Iron for posts and struts and straining bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specifide and directed.

M&L for galvanised chain link fencing of size 50 x 50mm and dia of wire 4mm fixed to any type of standards, rails straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, hold fast and similar work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as required including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, PVC pipe clamps, plain angle cleats for securing purlins and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290. GdeE-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC, not exc 15cm thickness in roof, floor (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC, 1:1.5:3, type B2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, chajja, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and similar articles with plain faces incl necessary frame work, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel deformed (TMT) bar of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to required shape, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
