Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size (1.2M depth x1.2M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝) on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable. Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand/ as per site requirement HDD mathod can be used.

Extra cost for drilling horizontal hole 3 Mtr below the road & inserting 6” dia. HDPE Pipe PN-8 as per RESSPO for passing of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 mm². (Pipe and related materials provided by contractor)

MS cable hanger (made by 65x65x6 mm MS Angle) size with fastener clamp with installation charges including of all materials as per required size of RESSPO as per current market rate.

Open Cable Duct slab & laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) in Cable trench (Cable trench already constructed by PWD from Nakaha to near Rapti Nagar S/S) with proper Laying on cable hanger.

Jointing charge of 33 KV ‘XLPE’ C/J Kit 3x300 mm² Outdoor/Straight Through (include temporary hang cable and Railway crossing)

Laying of 33 KV ‘XLPE’ cable in air after providing 6” dia.M.S. pipe 3m long Complete work. (Include Railway crossing)

Labour charges for inserting of MS Pipe, Rising of 33 KV cable and jumpering complete work. (Include Railway crossing)

Special Pipe earthing for 33 KV Jointing Kit.

There will be possible of breaking of various type of water supply pipe while laying of U/G cable, for which the repair will be charged. (Include complete materials and work) (01 Job =01 break).

Temporary cable hanging From Raptinagar S/S to Near Nakaha Railway crossing (As per site requirement).

Erection of Single pole on ST Pole 11 Mtr with all fitting.

Hanging of 3x300mm² XLPE 33 KV

Cable route marker as a board (instruction of supervision Authority) size 5x5 feet flat iron.

Erection of Double pole structure on 09 mtr ST Pole for only Cable rising including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete) . (For railway crossing)

Erection of Double pole structure on 09 mtr ST Pole for only Cable rising including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete) .

Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr ST Pole for One side O/H and One side U/G including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron 65 x 65 x 6 mm bracing with clamps, top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, danger board with clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint, barbed wire earthing, etc. complete) .

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Dismantle and receive back to store centre Gorakhpur the following materials

33 KV Line Cable hanging hooks & clamp as old use and scrap

33 KV Cross Arm with Clamp as old use and scrap

11mtr. ST Pole as old use and rusted
