Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps 21kA/3-sec, outdoor (IP54 type), RMU (Ring Main Unit) 4 operated Fixed-Type spring-charging VCB and 03 Nos 630 Amp Fixed copper bus bars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Magnetic Grade) tank with minimum thickness 2mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection, into classified 21kA/1sec as per IEC62271-200, The enclosure shall have pad lockable with anti hinges, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail having short circuit capacity 54 4-way comprising of 01 Nos manually Fixed-Type spring-charging VCBs, internal-anti-theft fail-safe anti-theft protection.

Supply, laying in trenches/ duct of HT under groundXLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steelstrip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV grade ( Earthed) cross sectional area 95 sqmm , 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitablefor 3 core 11 KV UG aluminium conductor armoured XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earth) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 11 KV UG aluminium conductor armoured XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/ laterite rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand/ M sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured & Paid]

Supply and laying un re-inforced precast concrete cable cover, class HPV, type-I, flat size 300 mmx180 mmx40 mm in trenches over and across the cable complete all as specified

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including required excavation and testing on including taking down old unserviceable materials complete all as specified and directed.
