Servicing and maintenance of DG Sets of Capacity 20 KVA to 63 KVA complete as per following :- (i) Draining Out engine /lubricant oil , flushing , including filling fresh oil after drain out old oil by Skilled tradesman of DG set including supply and replacement of oil pan/chamber gasket (ii) S & F in repalcement lubricant oil filter element (iii) S & F in repalcement fuel filter element (iv) General servicing of DG set by opening of tappet cover /top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment re-fixing of tappet/top cover including supply and replacement of tappet cover packing set complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 1.00 above but DG Set of Capacity 100 KVA to 225 KVA.

All as per Srl item No 1.00 above but DG Set of Capacity 250 KVA to 380 KVA.

M & L for repairing decarburizing manifolds exhaust system and connected items of exhaust muffler / silencer including necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc with necessary masonry works as required at WEUs, HQ Corps, Raina TCP complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration of fuel injection pump for DG set for 62.50 KVA and replacement of parts of the pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Delivery valve for item No 05. Make as per existing: Mico.

Supply only Bearing of existing one for item No 05. Make as per existing: Mico.

M & L for servicing of automatic mains failure panel 24 Volts DC and 440 V , AC supply operated system locating by fault and replacement of unservicaeble parts and components complete all as specified and directed as per the following:- (a) Repair of worn out /faulty internal wiring DC/AC for engine starting and off with adeqaute and suitable size copper conductor wire, connected with proper copper lugs and terminals through protection pipe/casing. (b) Replacement of worn out faulty internal wiring of controls and timers indicating /measuring instruments through various control fuses and relays with suitable and adeqaute size of copper conductor wire connected with suitable copper lugs and terminals. (c) Replacement of worn out small control fuses, indicating lamps various type of copper thimble , lugs terminals all as deemed necessary or directed including minor spare parts and components in order to make system serviceable and perfectly in working order. (d) Material and labopur for painting of AMF Panel metalic body surface with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and 1st quality including replacement of worn out rubber beading. (e) Testing of system on load Note : (i) Supply only spare parts for repalcement where require shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Capacity of DG sets installed at various locations , Capacity 125 KVA - 02 Nos, and 63 KVA - 01 No.

Taking out the charging alternator of DG Sets 20 KVA to 63 KVA and shifting to workshop for rewinding of armature including replacement of unserviceable bushes & minor parts & reinstalling the same after testing complete as specified.

S&F in replacement of air cleaner filter for DG Set capacity 250 to 380 KVA complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of air cleaner filter for DG Set capacity 100 to 225 KVA complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of air cleaner filters for DG Set capacity 7.5 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of diesel tank of DG Set of any capacity including replacement of worn-out pipe line and measuring scale and fixing in original position and make it leak proof with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing the old unserviceale radiator assembly and S & F radiator assembly tubes, including connecting and testing after installation with rubber bush at bottom tank for DG Set Capacity 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing repair/ maintenance of DG set capacity 200 KVA, removing tappet cover and cylinder heads from DG set, grinding and polishing of cylinder heads, grinding of valve sets, grinding of inlet and exhaust valve after fixing new seats, calibration of injector, refitting cylinder head and tappets covers, changing of oil and replacement of following parts including testing the DG sets on load. (DG Set at FAD) Note : Supply only spare parts will be paid separately under respective items of Srl No 37.01 to 37.21. Make: Kirloskar. (Repair will be carried our by reputed manufacturer).

M & L for replacement of fan assembly suitable for DG Set of 32 KVA to 125 KVA cap complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of radiator assembly of 380 KVA DG set by disconnecting and removing from the engine, dismantling the top and bottom chambers, descaling the sediments, scales, corrosion etc. by means of acid, cleaning and high pressure water washing, air cleaning, re-assembling the same with new gaskets including arresting leakages, if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses, clips etc. all as required and as directed.Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of transporting of the radiator to the workshop and back and all incidental charges.

Disconnecting electric connection and dismantling change over switch 200 Amps and S & F on load change over switch 200 Amps,415 Volts 4P all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and dismantling change over switch 200 Amps and S & F off load change over switch 200 Amps,415 Volts 4P all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and dismantling change over switch 63 Amps and S & F on load change over switch 63 Amps,415 Volts 4P all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6.0mm buried directly in ground, vertically to depth not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts electrode connected to main switch board or main control board or on poles or on transformer and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI strip upto test point including providing funnel and wire mesh GI frame and 10cm thick suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit) including testing on completion complete.

M & L for aluminium strip 32x6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to floor or any other indicated situation etc. complete all as specified.

Transportion of pollution testing equipment to the site of installation of 25 KVA to 380 KVA DG set and carriying out pollution test through approved agency as per laid down norms, recording the results for each DG set separately in proper printed forms and submitting the same in duplicate to the Engr-in- charge all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of exhaust pipe of DG sets of any size with heat resistant paint of approved quality including preparation of surfaces of exhaust pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning of DG sets including removing of oil grease etc spot washing carefully with soda water preparation of old painted surfaces and painting to the DG sets of capacity 62.5 to 225 KVA with two coats of spray painting of approved make and colour of first grade paint and making good all as specified and directed.

Supply only distilled water for lead acid battery all as directed

S&F of RPM Meter/Hours Meter, auto indicating speed of the engine from 0-2500 RPM and hrs run at FAD,FMN AMN Dump, UAV ATC defective / unserviceable RPM Meter/Hours Meter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unservicable asbestos rope from the exhaust pipe cleaning the exhaust pipe, supply and wraping new asbestos rope of suitable size and wrapping with wire mesh and plastering with plaster of paris/white cement for smooth finishing including replacement of gasket and tightening of all nut and bolts all as specified and directed.

Opening the coupling of DG Set of capacity 20 to 63.5 KVA, dismantling the outer cover & taking out the fly wheel ring and shifting to workshop for repair in and including replacement of fly wheel ring by pressing machine and reinstalled the same after repair to make it fully fuctional complete all as specified.

All as per item No 57 but DG set of capacity 100/125 KVA.

All as per item No 57 but DG set of capacity 200 KVA.

M & L for power control contactor MCX 43, 4 pole, 400 Amps including old defective / unserviceable power control contac all as specified and directed.

M & L for control panel of DG set for operating the DG set including pressure gauge, lub oil gauge, KWH meter, start stop button, RPM meter including replacement of internal control wiring, controller, Relay card ,MPU, resistance kit and fixing the panel on the top of the DG set on existing angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing repair/ maintenance of DG set capacity 125 KVA, removing tappet cover and cylinder heads from DG set, grinding and polishing of cylinder heads, grinding of valve sets, grinding of inlet and exhaust valve after fixing new seats, calibration of injector, refitting cylinder head and tappets covers, changing of oil and replacement of following parts including testing the DG sets on load at HQ CE Bathinda Zone. Disconnecting the battery 12 Volts 180 AH from the DG set shifting to workshop for further dismantling for repair/replacement of cells, plates, reconditioning, filling of electrolyte of required specific gravity and charging the battery, after repair shifiting the batteries from workshop to E/M installation fixing to the DG set testing complete all as specified and directed.
