Material and labour for half brick work old size bricks with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound all as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel reinforcement for concrete with Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over cut and upto and including 10mm dia stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing as mentioned in SSR all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (Stile) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails M.S frame made up of tubes shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame all as mentioned in SSR drawing all as specified and directed.
