5/7 meters wide (5 meters wide in straigth and 7 meters on curves) Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal of excavated earth in all height and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including dewatering wherever required, setting out true to the required lines, grades, side, slopes, trimming of bottom and levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer.-in Charge. at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful and un-useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the un serviceable materials for filling in roadways, embankment s for grade improvement and leveling to required grades and then disposing of all surplus excavated materials in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping site /sites through all labours machineries materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or labour if any required . The recovery for stones, whether useful or not for 977.50(Nine hundred Seventy Seven point fifty) Cubic Meter in all cases at the rate of Rupees 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.s.

Excavation in soil in hill area by manual means/mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slope and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts as per drawing and technical specification clause 1603.10 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts dressing of sides and bottom backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materials upto all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 P.C.C nominal mix 1:6:12(40mm aggregate) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 P.C.C. nominal mix 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M10 nominal mix 1:3:6 including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203) P.C.C nominal mix 1:5:10 (40mm aggregates) including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108, 900mm including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 Granular material including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pie extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1 (v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1303 Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3 including entire carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specifications including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD specifications including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
