Dismentling and disconnecting of all electrical connections of 7.5 HP to 20 HP non cloge submercible pump, taking out from sewge well dismantling of pump, shaft impeller unit etc and shifting it to work shop for reparing and reassembling and return back from work shop after repair to the site by transport and lowring it to sewage well after testing and commissioning complete all as specifiec and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for, Dismentaling/opening the burnt motor, (Rotor & stator ) rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry and backing etcincluding replacing of bearing and reassembling complete motor. complete all as directed for 10 to 20 HP capacity. Note for item No 2 & 3 : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of installation

All as per Srl item No 2 above but for 7.5 HP to 10 HP

Supply and replacement of SS impeller for 10 to 20 HP as per existing make and capacity complete.

Supply and replacement of SS impeller for 7.5 HP to 10 HP as per existing make and capacity complete.

Repair pump shaft by filling of suitable material by welding and turning of pump shaft of capacity 10 HP to 20 HP complte all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of mechanial oil seal for 10 to 20 HP submersible pump as per existing make and capacity complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of mechanial oil seal for 7.5 to 10 HP submersible pump as per existing make and capacity complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of cast iron work grade FE 150, unmatched, in brackets , gully traps, gratings , frames , fire and soot doors , dampers , stop valve boxs, , gate stops , parts of ranghes, balusters and similar article as in strainer fabrication for MBBR including welding work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN 63 Amp, 4 pole with rupturing capacity 10 KA C curve. Make Schenider / Legrand / Siemens .

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB 32 Amp, 4 pole with rupturing capacity10 KA C curve. Make Schenider /Legrand /Siemens .

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make Schenider /Legrand /Siemens .

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contactor heavy duty with contineous current rating of 25 Amp AC 3, 415 Volt. Make : Siemens/ Schenider /Legrand .

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contactor heavy duty with contineous current rating of 32 Amp AC 3, 415 Volt.Make : Siemens/ Schenider /Legrand .

Material and labour for Cleaning of sewage well of Capacity 25000-35000 Gallons as described below :- (i) Dewatering with submercible / sludge pump to empty the sump/tank upto base level. (ii) Removing sludge from sump wall and bottom with the help of special sludge pump and remaining dirt which may have hidden in rough slots of the bottom mannualy with brush.(iii) After cleaning the sump apply bleaching powder for disinsfection of sump

Repairing of leakages CI/DI pipes of size 100 mm to 200 mm by replacing the Tees, bends, sockets and providing the other materials required at site such as lead joint, to complete the job including excavation and other earth work Note (a) CI/DI bends, sockets and connected items will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix non returning valve(Reflux with by pass) with flanged both ends of size 150 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix non returning valve(Reflux with by pass) with flanged both ends of size 100 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC fexible Pipe heavy grade with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for ductile iron pipe 150 mm dia nominal bore with spigot and socketed end class K-7 suitable for rubber ring push on joints, laid in trenche, under the roads ir fixed on walls with suitable clamps nuts bolts and washers including rubber ring posh on joints all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Electro steel/Jindal Note : 1. The DI fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.2. Earth work will be measured and paid for separately.3. Rubber ring push on joints will be incl in overall quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches, getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing water pipes etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified.

Material and labour for Painting of pipes of size 100 mm - 150 mm dia with two coats of paint over one coat of red primer including connected fittings , nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Rectification of electric complaint of sewage installation/water supply replacing the brunt lugs of cables to check auto star delta starter , voltmeter , ammperemeter in pump panel change over switch and make funtional if minor repair involves to abvoe equipments complete all specified and directed

Supply and fixing of terminal block 4way/6way as required and directed, barrier type, panel mountable with current carrying capacity of upto 25A, suitable for voltage of 415 volts, complete with screws and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning away all grass vegatation sapling shrubs bushes from under roots and tress not exceeding 30 cm grith and removing upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleaness complete all as specified and directed.Note : T&P required for this job to be brought by the contractor.

Supply and spraying glyphosate 41% SL Glykol Herbicide to remove vegatation from E/M Installations including T&P required for spraying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
