LAYING OF UNDER GROUND CABLES, DISMANTALLING & ERECTION OF POLES AND CEMENT CONCRETE MUFFS Making of Cement Concrete muff of suitable size and length with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture. The muff is to be made around the steel tubular pole sufficient to completely flush a SMC Junction Box (Glass Fibre reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound) confirming to IS:14772, inner dimensions 250mm x 200mm x 100mm with ± 10% tolerance in size & hinged water tight cover with locking arrangement having 1No. terminal strip with 4Nos. terminals & 1No. Single pole MCB of required capacity fixed on din bar (Din Bar Provision for 2Nos. MCBs). The SMC Junction Box is to be fixed with the pole by a MS flat clamp of size 20mm x 2mm thick. PVC pipe 40mm dia. (2No.x0.60m) should be provided for incoming and outgoing cables. GI PIPE POLES & BRACKETS: SINGLE/ DOUBLE/ TRIPLE/ FOUR/ SIX ARMS BRACKET FOR STEEL TUBULAR POLE: Supply and erection of G.I. Pipe 50mm dia. (Medium) Single/ Double/ Triple arm bracket of suitable length welded with MS canopy 80mm inner dia., outer dia 89.5mm (Medium), 450mm long suitable for 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole with top outer section dia. 76.1mm. The MS canopy should have 3no. holes for fixing the bracket at the top end of the pole with the help of 3Nos. ½" x 1½" size nut bolt fully threaded. The bracket should have MS sheet (1.62mm thick) ring of 89.5mm dia. for covering the top end of the canopy. The MS canopy and GI bracket should be welded at tentative angle 105º (105 degree) inclination with MS sheet 5mm thick triangular in shape having dimensions 225/300/375mm x 150mm x 5mm thick (225mm for 1.5m, 300mm for 2m & 375mm for 2.5m long bracket) with two coats of an approved aluminium paint as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site: Double Arm Bracket 1.5 metre Long for Steel Tubular Pole (7 to 8m)
