M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling the joint with mastic filling comprising 3 parts of sand & 1 part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade (by weight) all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cement concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and paving etc, finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, paving finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plastic dividing strips 1.50 mm thick width of strip in 38mm complete all as speicified.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 200x200x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shed of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid over and including 25mm thick PCC (1:2;4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ modular bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement based paint over a coat of approved primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified and directed

PCC 1:2:4, type, B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping, lintel band, string coarse etc incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section unframed work,as in any position, complete all as specified.

M&L Second class softwood as in scantling, clean sawn fixed in position with nails, unframed work, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item Srl No 17 as above but except scantling, complete, all as specified and directed.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified.

Finishing surface of concrete road, pavements by brooming with mild steel wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under interlocking paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block shape and size as approved by confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment (yellow & Red colour) (as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE) complete all as specified and directed .

Hard core of broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in hard standing, laid in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering as directed including necessary formwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement with spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified.
