Dismantaling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc

Supply and fixing MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing completFe-290, Gde-E-165.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel, or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS fencing posts/struts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm thk graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating,coping etc including necessary form work and all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes similar holes in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out returing filling in and ramming earth on broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance of not exc 50 m and making good surface.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundation of posts water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Supply and fixing Flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16 to 20 mm diameter of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long and n exc 10 cm long and all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing MS round bars/strengthening bar 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for colm & backing ends and binding with & include MS wire (aheaded ) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410W(grade E-250)Quality A or Fe 290 (gde-E-165).

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fixed in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry/PCC block built in cement mortar of any description

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, Bangalore type masonry well bonded bedded solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 as specified and directed.

All as per item No 18 herein before but except stones

Material and labour pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 .

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 kg complete fixed to wood or steel members

Taking of broken glass from top of walls and removing the rubbish to a distance not less than 100 m and deposited where directed

Material and labour for broken glass coping 25mm thick on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 and all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, haking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

Racking out joints / points in cement mortar to squared rubber masonry coursed or uncoursed

Material and labour for keyed pointed in CM 1:4 for squared rubbel masonry all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Material and labour for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in levelling concrete in floor of SWT, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound.(WPC shall be measured separately) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for cement concrete nominal mix Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundatios,including rafts,footings,foundation beams,plinth beams,bases for coulmns etc and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Nominal mix Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantileveres, bressummers, lintels over 1.50 mtr span and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 32 herein before but in coulmns,pillars,piers, oosts and struts.

M&L for TMT bars10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with theincluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and direceted.

All as per Item no-34 herein before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished flat surfaces of concrete foundations, footings , bases of coulmns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams ; and other similar works; vertica or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished concrete surfaces of sides of square, rectangular or polygonal pillars posts, struts, piers, coulmns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished flat surfaces of concrete to soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching ,grider, bressumber, lintels,cantilever ,sleves including supports ,over hang etc also splay between floor and beams complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for for crack cutting &removing the concrete in side the crack line properly & maintain the groove size(50mmx25mm) of the bldg at any height and then all crack properly filling with micro concrete Renderoc RG and all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for preparation of new plasterd wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer and all al specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface over 10Sqm cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of paint on strengthening of bars and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered wall surface and applying one coat of cement based paint and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall including scrapping down, smoke soot, efflorescence slats, treading oil, greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old external surfaces of walls including cornices, plasters etc(plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coats of exterior emulsion coloured complete all as per manufacture instructions all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the Open water drain of average sectional area1.00 Sqm by removing the filled earth debris, plantation etc and removing the same to a distance not exc 50m outside defence land.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in Surface channel or drains including necessary form works , stops ,moulds etc including demolition of concrete.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stone, rounded or chamfered on edges

M&L for Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush and all as specified and directed.
