"Dismantling of Narmada, Nira, Vaitrana & Vapi building including taking all necessary safety precautions and measures, to be completed within 20 days (including monsoon). The work shall include dismantling using required machinery, tools & plants (T&P), and labour; proper removal, segregation, stacking, and disposal of dismantled materials; transportation of debris by mechanical means such as tractor, dumper, etc.; and leveling/making the plinth area into a plain surface complete in all respects at MSETCL Kalwa Complex, Airoli, Navi Mumbai."
