Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring for light/fan/ socket/bell or power point including fixture and fittings such as switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc but excluding light fitting, DBs etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes,fittings and fixtures such as switches ,sockets ,ceiling roses,lamp holders .brackets,ceiling fittings,bulk head fittings, tube light fitting and regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed in existing concealed conduit on walls/ceiling, and also including sunk type pressed steel terminal box and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable flame proof fittings for height not exceeding 20 feet for repairs/replacement all as specified and directed.

S & F switch, flame proof, rotary type, with terminal box in LM6 ,16A single pole 250V .complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch, flame proof, rotary type, with terminal box in LM6 ,16A double pole 250V .complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof stepped type electronic fan regulator in cast aluminium LM6 complete all as directed. (Make:Sudhir or equivalent)

M&L for replacement of CMRI certified flame proof 1x 8W LED tube light fixture IP65 protection including lamp and all accessories ,complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton, Model FIAMMA I,Cat Part No EXTN1LT8-8W or equivalent in Sudhir/Phillips.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of flame proof distribution board as per IS 13346 (2004)and IS 15142 (2002) and protection grade Ip-65 made of cat aluminium alloy LM 6 totally enclosedwith O ring , prewired and enclosed with residual current breaker operators (RCBO),40 to 63 Amps ,4 pole ,residual current rating capacity 100mA with TPN connector and one incomer cable gland ,one flame proof chamber as incomer and MCBs SP 6Amps (6 t0 8 nos) ,flame proof chamber as outgoing .complete all as specified as directed by Eng-in-charge. M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to GI wire 4mm dia upto 7.5 mitre by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 15mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.complete all as specified and directed.
