Taking down carefully existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, bell pushes, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting, call bells etc removiing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and to be deposited at E/M store of AGE E/M-IV (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match existing color complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one light / fan point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amp wiring with 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia in medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall complete and including modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.6mm thick alongwith modular cover plate with frame of any size for mounting of any type modular switches/sockets/bell switch /fan regulator and brass screws, cup washers etc complete, making good the distributed surfacess completely matched and finished with existing surfacess including painting of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.
