Detailed Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Building Works including preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approvals, procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Works, LV Works, ELV Works, Sanitary & Plumbing, Water Supply, Shore Piling , Retaining wall, acoustics, furniture, interior, Landscape and other Allied Works, Finishing & interior works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of the Building & Building Premises all as per approved Drawings, Designs, Scope of work, Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of the client, complete in all respect, including operationalization and maintenance of Project facilities as stipulated in the tender document.
