M&L for taking out self starter 12/24 volt from the DG Set, transportation to workshop opening/disconnecting all internal connection, cleaning the same taking out burnt armature, segregation serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with existing size of copper wire. Reassembling the same with replacement of of carbon brush 01 set, Beadex pinion 01 No, Half clutch assy 01 No, Field coil 01 No, Solonoid switch- 01 No., Commitator 01 No and other required parts and fixing the self starter on the engine at site and testing after that complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of starting system of 100/63/40/25KVA DG set including necessary wires and supply and fixing new starting system with maint free lead acid battery 12 V ,150 AH 01 No with copper terminal cable of 25 Sqmm single core approx length 1.5 Mtr each for negative and positive terminal and 0.5 mtr for inter connection including necessary brush terminals complete of DG set including testing complete all as specified and directed. Taking out of old unserviceable/defective/old vintage/ obsolete model of relays from 11 KV VCB's and Supply and fixing over current and earth fault electronic relay. Make - L&T Cat No- MC61A-nX2200 suitable for 11 KV VCB like as CG/ABB/Areva including necessary addition/ alternation of VCB front panel including cutting/welding of front side of panel board to match & fixed the new relays to the existing panel board/position including necessary touch up to the panel board all as completed testing of over load and earth fault protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 900mm x600mm x5mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc complete with alternate layer of salt crystal and charcoal and Magnesium sulphate crystal as specified below and directed:- (a) The earth pit should be of minimum 12 feet depth and 4 feet width. (b) The copper plate should be of 900mm x600mm x5mm thick. (c) The copper strip should be of 32mmx6mm (cross section) up to 7.5 mtr. (d) The quantity used should be:- (i) Charcoal - 250 Kg (ii) Salt crystal - 200 Kg (iii) Magnesium sulphate crystal - 100 Kg (e) 3/4 inch dia GI pipe of enough length to reach just above copper plate fitted with funnel, meshed along with cap and running water should be provided for keping the soil wet approx one mtr GI pipe be kept out side for connection of running water. Notes:(i) The contractor should report with in two days after intimatation to carry out the earth test as a whole or partially of the building. (ii) Earth testing will be done in monthly basis. (iii) Each month of each earthing measured seprately.

Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained from transformers/ voltage stabilizer etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 40 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration. Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and toping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and directed. Note:-- Transformer oil for filling/toping up and Silica gel shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply & filling, topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength 40 kv and above in transformer at different loaction in situ (testing of oil shall be carried out in prensece of Engr in charge by an authorised agency and testing certificate shall be submitted duly signed complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of earth pit cover including PCC1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate ,brick work using sub class -B bricks in cement mortar1:6 & earthwork including plastering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of existing high resistance earthing pit by pouring of salt water solution made of 20 ltrs of water and 5 Kg of salt in the trench to be prepared all around the existing earth pit with radius 60 cm from the centre of the earth pit to the centre of the trench with a depth not less than 30 cm below ground level including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Balancing the load of LT 415 Volt overhead/under ground system of any bldg /feeder/ panel board any location by providing skilled trademan & helper with necessary safty and working equipment scuh as clamp meter , high voltage megger tools, safty belts, hand gloves, crimping tool ,other reqd tools and plants and rectified the unbalance load on top priority basis/as and when reqd including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection the electric supply and dismantling the section of high mast 16/20 mtr hegiht including fittings complete if requried by manually / hydra at AF station palam for servecing, repair of gear motor and replacement of steel rope and chain etc. refixing the same after repair/replacement of above items and testing complete all as specified and directed.
