Non uploading of Financial bid as a part of financial bid on e-bidding portal is treated as Non-Responsive bid submitted by Bidder. 2. The tariff has to be quoted in Indian Rupee per kWh up to two places of decimal only. If it is quoted with more than two digits after decimal, digits after first two decimal places shall be ignored. 3. In the event of any discrepancy between the values entered in figures and in words, the values entered in words shall be considered.
