Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 100 m lead For thickness of tiles above 10 mm and up to 25 mm., all complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles Using Tiles of size above 600x600mm and upto 900 x 900mm manufactured by M/s Khajharia, M/s RAK Ceramics M/s Bell Ceramics, NITCO or Johnson or equivalent of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and laying of 1st quality colour ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS15622 in dados of approved shades, pattern, design & colours including darker shade for required height portion as per approved pattern and design of any size 320 x 480mm / 300x600mm / 300x450mm manufactured by M/s Khajharia, M/s RAK Ceramics M/s Bell Ceramics, NITCO or Johnson or equivalent approved make laid over 20 mm or more thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) bedding / backing and fixing the tiles with cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile Grout compound of ROFF/Balendura finished to line, level, slope, and plumb including cutting of tiles, making cut outs / opening wherever necessary, wastage, final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
