Supply of New cable for connection of Vacuum Pump sets up to panel board. 3 core X 4 mm sq. PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) cable, 1100 Volt., Make :- Havells/ finolex/ Gloster/ Grandely/ DJB approved.

Supply of 5HP LT Cubical type electrical Panel board Floor/Wall Mounted of welded construction by M.S. sheet with horizontal and vertical intermediate chamber of suitable size on suitable size insulating board to make the Panel Robust for fully automatic operation of 5 HP Vacuum Pump set.

Supply of 40 mm dia. MS pipe i/c welding, cutting, painting both Approved side with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand Make: Vijay/ Jindal/ DJB approved make

Supply of Elbow 90 degree of 40mm Nominal outer diameter (OD) Make: Jindal/ Kirloskar/ DJB approved make.

Dismantling of damaged components and Installation of new charging pump set. This job includes fixing of M.S flanges as required in fixing of Charging pump sets required nut bolts, rubber sheet at site with the help of manual labour at site.

Making arrangement all safely equipment, Helmet, Safety belt, rope etc. for fixing of new charging system. This job also includes providing of clamps and other consumable item required for this job.

Testing & Commissioning of all the work on load.
