Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes and all labour, T & P etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in c.m (1:6) including cost conveyance royalty of all materials.

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks etc complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge .(75 mm pipes for truss for room,50 mm pipes for Pillars. Front, pillar pirlinks slope)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over the brick masonry walls including all cost of the materials, carriage, royality,alltaxes and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing for fixing big six or trafford G.C.I. Sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties per 1 Sqm.(Lap)
