Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kg s of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per M P site heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveyaing the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix in requred temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitmen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit labour for attending to paver site etc., including tire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t C M P with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plants required, incluidng all other incidendal charges etc., complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Specification

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectrising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply and Fixing of Retro Reflective Single Arrow road name sign board of size 1000mm x 500mm made out of retro reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI standards oo ASTMD 4596-09 & as per IRC 67-2012 specifications fully covered over 2mm thick aluminium and back support frame SS angle of 15mm x 20mm x1.2mm,supported by 38mmOD stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos of vertical posts of 75mm OD stailess steel pipe of 202 grade firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desighed foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 450mm with M-15 grade Cement Concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation,cost of all materials, loading unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc., complete.The sighn board backround shall be blue in colour with letters and border in white. 10 Years pre- qualification warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflecting sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of test reports from an indipendent test labouratory confirming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposurereport for the retro reflective sheeting offered shallbe submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as baling out water shoring shrutting, walling & forming protective bunds wherever necessary etc complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION
