Providing two legged scaffolding work with 15cm casurina post of 4m overall length,the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in the rows withtwo horisontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and tranverse middle braces to stepup and providing platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails-1m run in restricted area including cost of all materials leads and lifts during L.C period with safety and precaution.Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3m and length of 1m.

Chipping theR.C.C surface and removing damaged concrete, scrapping with wire brush to remove the rust in restricted area including cost of all materials,leads and lifts during L.C period with safety and precaution.

Attending patchup in the inner surface wherver necessary cleaning the surface, providing prime coat of epoxy compound and applying 10 mm thick epoxy screeding using quartz sand and cost of all materials, labour leads and lifts etc. complete(20mm thick)

Providing two coats of epoxite epoxy seal coat over screeding surface using epoxy resin and hardner including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift etc.,complete.

Providing microconcrete for columns and beams with the following specificfication. i)Applying one coat of Nito Zinc primer or equivalent after thorough cleaning the rust in reinforcement. ii)Providing slurry tight form work with shutters with suitable supports which do not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete for column. iii)Providing micro concrete using Rendroc RG/equivalent as per manufacturers specification. The micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75 mm. iv)Applying one coat of polymer modified acrylic emulsion (Nitobond AR or equivalent) on the finished surface as a curing membrane. Providing microconcrere for columns and beams 20-50 mm thick.

Applying one coat of DEKGUARD /Eqivalent primer by spraying to the concrete surface as per specification and applying two coat of DEKGUARD/ Eqivalent top coat to concrete surface by brush or roller (coating should be done continuously without any break).

Mobilization of skilled labour gang and materials for L.C work including cost of transport charges, idle charges, leads and lifts etc. complete.
