Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical motor driven Booster pumps (Kirloskar Brand) of mono block type with gland packing and capable to deliver 1240 LPM @ 30MWC.The pump shall be coupled to TEFC motor of suitable 15 HP & speed and , having a rated discharge capacity of 10.3 m3/hr, 1800 rpm, against a total head of 50- 70 mtr of water column and complete set shall mounted on common base frame. The quoted rate shall includes supply & fixing of coupling, coupling guard, valves, etc., Construction of RCC foundation for the pumps shall be under the scope of civil contractor.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of MS confirming to IS 1239 Pt - I Medium grade (Jindal Class-B ) . The quoted rate shall includes necessary bolt, nut etc. and one coat of promer and synthetic enamal painting of approved shade.

Supplying, erecting and commissioning of external Yard Hydrants Double headed hydrant valve as per IS 5290, made of SS with 63 mm dia instantaneous outlet of 63mm dia fanged inelt ,Blank caps , chain and hand wheels etc complete.

15M long, 63mm dia RRL hose conforming to IS 636 Type A with instantaneous SS couplings and Hoses shall be stored inside the hose cabinet.

SS short branch pipe with nozzle conforming to IS 903.

M.S. Hose Boxstand mounted type fabricated out of M.S. sheet of 20 swg. with glass fronted (4mm thick glass with rubber beeding) door and size of the cabinet shall be 600mm x 750 mm x 250 mm Quoted rate shall be includes suitable stand for mounting, all fasteners etc, and cabinet shall be powder coated of approved colour both inside and outside.
