Taking proper shut down in writing and Spray painting of transformer at site with one coat of weather proof grey synthetic enamel paint after removing all dust, rust, carbon and oily spots, including well preparation of surfaces and writing /marking SM/MES No as 25mm stencil using white paint complete all as specified including cleaning of temperature gauge and silica gel ,oil temperature level for transformer rating 50 KVA to 160 KVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA.

Description all as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting up the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA, removing the transformer from pole structure/platform shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coils to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding/reconditioning and re-assembling the transformer, bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old transformer oil, connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT electric mains including commissioning and testing complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :-(i) Winding wire and other items/spares and new transformer oil mentioned in above will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Placing /removing standby transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair including loading /unlaoding, shifting including transportation and make the system/line function will be the responsibility of the contractor, contractor quoted rates shall be inclusive of all these factors. ( Standby transformer will be provided by the dept )

Description all as per Srl item No. 4 here-in-before but transformer of capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA, removing the lid/cover for inspection to facilitate minor repairs at site, draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer, refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All the parts required to be replaced and new transformer oil shall be measured and paid for separately.

Description all as per Srl item No 7 here in before but for transformer of capacity of exceeding 200 KVA to 315 KVA.

Description all as per Srl item No 7 here in before but for transformer of capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA.

M&L for rewinding of HT coil conforming to the original winding of the transformer of any make/capacity with super enamelled copper wire/strip of appropriate gauge and turns including allied materials such as insulations/varnish etc. complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of copper wire/strip:-Atlas/Devidayal

Description all as per Srl item No 10 here in before but for LT coil.

S&F in replacement of HT bush rod made of brass complete with bush insulator, gasket of suitable size of existing make and type both ends threaded including nuts, gasket,check nuts and washers suitable for transformer rating upto 500 KVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LT bush rod made of brass complete with bush insulator, gasket set with rubberized 'O' ring of suitable size of existing make and type with 5 nuts, washers , rubber washer etc suitable for transformer rating 50 KVA to 160 KVA complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 13 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA.

Description all as per Srl item No 13 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity 400 KVA to 500 KVA.

S&F in replacement of gasket set of synthetic rubberized cork sheet 5mm thickness with suitable holes for any model transformer rating 50 KVA to 160 KVA all as specified complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement nuts, bolts and washers fully threaded of MS size 5/8'x2' or as per requirement, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement tap changer assembly complete for transformer rating upto 50 KVA to 160 KVA, including connecting up with HT coil and testing for varying voltage complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement oil level gauge with glass for transformer rating upto 500 KVA of existing type and size complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement dry, blue colour silica gel crystal impregnated with cobalt suitable for transformer breather complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F breather assembly complete with silica gel crystal impregnated with cobalt suitable for any model of transformer rating 50 to 160 KVA to air column of conservator tank complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description al as per Srl items No 25 here-in-before but for transformer of capacity 200 KVA upto 315 KVA.

Supply only transformer oil of good quality having not less than 50 KV dielectric strength,flash point not less than 135 C, having low viscosity for filing complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Savita/Power oil/Servo oil as per IS 335 of 1983 all as specified. Note: Draining out old unserviceable oil & filling procee is deemed to be included in quoted rate in respsctive item.

Re-conditioning of LT coil complete of copper strip/wire any gauge size by providing and wrapping net insulation after removal of old defective insulation and cleaning complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of existing defective oil outlet valve and providing new valve to suit the existing size made of gun metal for outdoor/indoor transformer of any capacity including rubber/leather, gasket/packing as per requirement, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement temperature gauge suitable for transformer outdoor/Indoor any type with GI nipple etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration and filteration of existing serviceable oil in transformers till it achieves the required dielectric strength but not less than 40 KV using dehydration plant complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Filling process is deemed to be included in quoted rate in respective item.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, trenches for laying of cable etc. and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Precast unreinforced concrete cable cover class HV, TYPE 2, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm conforming to IS-5820 (1970), for protection of HT under ground cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of foundation complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 39 above but size of cable 120 to 185 sqmm.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 41 above but size of cable 120 to 185 sqmm.

Taking out burnt/unserviceable cable and supplying,laying or fixing or passing through pipe,trench or duct,commissioning and testing new XPLE cable suitable for earthed system for 11 KV(E),3 phase AC 50 cycles, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 43 above but size of cable 120 sqmm 3 core.

Description all as per Srl item No 43 above but size of cable 150 sqmm 3 coe.

Description all as per Srl item No 43 above but size of cable 185 sqmm 3 core.

Laying 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, loose filling around distribution transformer yard after scarification and stacking the existing aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The payments shall only be allowed for the new aggregate brought and filling in the yard.

10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for tubing 'light grade'' 150mm bore galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. With flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 49 above but of 100mm bore.

S&F in replacement HT gang operated air break switch 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps with drop out fuse elements of required capacity, GOD/switch having 100 MVA rating at 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV, 50 C/s including mounting on HT poles and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 51 above but for current rating 400 Amps.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour and taking out old unserviceable earthing of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified.

(f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and complete overhauling of SF6 gas filled circuit breaker/Isolator including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/greasing of moving parts including reassembling, fine setting of mechanism, and making SF6 Breaker in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete panel board, main bus bar, decarbonizing all joints, bus bars, CTs, PTs, spouts metal parts and replacing unserviceable parts and components complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
