   (A) For Regular/Bulk order: The bidder shall meet the requirements set out in RCF bid Document Ver- 14 clause 2.13.6 or latest along with corrigendum and amendments if any issued before the opening date of tender. The similar item shall means HONEYCOMB PARTITION FRAME SET FOR ANY TYPE OF LHB COACHES. Note: FAI/Prototype shall be required if the supplier is manufacturing the tendered item for the first time. Estimated value of tendered item is Rs. 88,09,395./-.

   (B) For Developmental order: 1. The bidder shall meet the requirements set out in RCF bid Document Ver-14 clause 2.13.6.1 or latest along with corrigendum and amendments if any issued before the opening date of tender. Firm should have in-house infrastructure and M&P for manufacturing of the tendered item. Note: CCA/QAP Audit/FAI shall be required if the supplier is manufacturing the tendered item for the first time. * CCA: Capacity cum Capability Assessment: It shall be carried out after Placement of Letter of acceptance. Purchase Order shall be released only after successful completion of the CCA. *QAP: Quality assurance Plan: To be submitted by the firm before the FAI. * FAI: First Article inspection: Prototype to be got approved from CDE RCF before bulk supply.

   In case of MSE firm willing to claim the benefits under Public Procurement Policy (Preference to MSE) order 2012, the firm should upload with their offer, the proof of their being MSE registered with any of the agencies mentioned in para 1.15.1 of Bid document, failing which such offers will not be liable for consideration of benefits detailed in para 1.15 of Bid document. Tenderers shall upload valid documents as per MSE policy showing that the enterprise is owned by Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST)/women entrepreneurs to claim the benefit under these sub classification. For this purpose tenderers to submit details of share holding pattern & controlling stakes with Scheduled castes (SC)/ Scheduled castes (ST)/women entrepreneurs duly certified by CA, failing which it will be presumed that they have no claim under this sub-classification.

   LIQUIDATED DAMAGES : RAILWAY WILL RECOVER FROM THE CONTRACTOR AS AGREED LIQUIDATEDDAMAGES AND NOT BYWAY OF PENALTY, A SUM EQUIVALENT TO 0.5% (HALF PERCENT)OF THE PRICE OF ANY STORES (INCLUDING ELEMENTS OF TAXES, DUTIES, FREIGHT ETC.) WHICH THE CONTRACTOR HAS FAILED TO DELIVER WITHIN THE PERIOD FIXED FOR DELIVERY IN THE CONTRACT OR AS EXTENDED FOR EACH WEEK OR PART OF A WEEK DURING WHICH THE DELIVERY OF SUCH STORES MAY BE IN ARREARS WHERE DELIVERY THEREOF IS ACCEPTED AFTER EXPIRY OF THE AFORESAID PERIOD, SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF10% (TEN PERCENT) OF VALUE OF DELAYED SUPPLIES AND THE SAME WILL NOT BE WAIVED OFF EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE DELAY IS ON ACCOUNT OF RCF.     Declaration by firm: Firm has to submit declaration that, We hereby declare that in quoting the above price, we have taken into account the full effect of Input Tax Credit available under GST. We, further agree to pass on any financial gain/benefit as may become available in future in respect of all the input tax credit on the date of supply by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly.

    GD CLAUSE : RAILWAYS RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL CONTRACT AFTER EXPIRY OF THE DELIVERY PERIOD BY IMPOSING GD @ 10% OF THE OUTSTANDING OF THE VALUE OF CONTRACT.
