Operation and Comprehensive maintenance of various Electro-mechanical services as per details & inventory given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff to keep all the services operational up to the required standards etc. as per specification. The services are :- 1. Automatic Fire Fighting Wet Riser System 2. Sprinkler System 3. Fire Extinguishers etc. Staff Required (Must be less than 55 Years age) Round the Clock General /Shift duty Skilled Un- skilled Skilled Un- skilled 1 No. 1 No. 0 No. 0 No. NOTE: - This is tentative list, however it is the responsibility of the agency to operate and maintain various services such as running of DG sets etc. as & when required even during odd / night hours as per requirements of BSNL & if any additional labour is required the same is to be provided at no extra cost.

Replacement of existing faulty 12 Volt 180AH Battery capacity Lead Acid Battery DEP Set with new battery of same capacity including making connections, replacement of new battery terminals, testing etc. Complete as required. (Note: The faulty battery shall be the property of firm and rate should be quoted accordingly)

Servicing of 125 HP capacity Diesel Engine Pump Set through OEM/ Authorized dealers as per manufacturer recommendations including replacement of engine oil and filter cartridges, top up of coolant, Cleaning of air filter, Checking of V-belt, drive and tightness of nuts & bolts, Checking of air and water hose piping, Checking of engine safety fuel pump, Engine protection devices and battery ,properly tightening of all mounting fasteners including Record engine parameters before and after servicing etc. complete as required.

Refilling/recharging of existing following capacity & different type fire extinguishers & reinstallation at its proper place etc. complete as required. (a) Water CO2 type 9 Ltrs. Fire Extinguisher

(b) CO2 type 4.5 Kgs. Fire Extinguisher

(c) CO2 type 22.5 Kgs. Trolley mounted Fire Extinguisher

(d) All-purpose Haltron type 2 Kgs. Cleaning agent/ Fire Extinguisher Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each operator. 2. The firm shall provide each operator with working cell phone. 3. The operators may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any operator as per T & C of contract. 5. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. Servicing Scrap items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 8. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 9. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 10. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 11. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 12. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 13. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 14. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 15. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.
