Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (1) The excavation work will be carried out by manually or mechanical means in any location/ area as directed by Engr-in- charge. (2) Any damage occur to water supply pipe line/electric cable etc during excavation work will be make good up to satisfaction of Engr- in-charge without any extra cost to the govt.)

(b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3.6mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

S&F of Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc FE 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surface of any descripion over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick ( above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface including Applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non–woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm complete all as specified.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) Note: (a)Water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified membrane on plastered surface as per manufacturer’s instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer technical representative.

M&L for two coat plaster 35 mm thick (20 mm + 15 mm) on rough concrete surfaces of fin, facia, chhajja and similar article in cm 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I.

M&L for 80mm thick PCC any coloured tile (interlocking type glossy finished in red and yellow) over 50 mm thick sand cushioning, interlocking tiles jointd filled with sand and campacted with mechanical plate vibrator including 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkatts or frames (without taking off shutters from frame)exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each complete all as specified and directed .
