SPL REPAIRS TO ROAD IN FRONT OF BLDG NO. P-28, P-33, P-34 AND P-16 OF 54 MED REGT AT CH SAMBHAJINAGAR CANTT

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm thick all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed Note: The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 8.5 kg/ 10 sqm on surface on WMMIWBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M &L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.25 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thicknes 75mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade bitumen) of min 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with min 5.00 % binder content paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging n.exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil Including site clearance complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m but n.exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed
