Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall furnish last five years Amount Rs.3.37 Lakhs financial turnover, profit and loss account statement i.e., from 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 from the authorized Auditor or C.A. (Achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract)) With UDIN No

Contractors should be registered as KPWD Class IV & above Civil Contractor
