Amount

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for taking out, laying of cables etc and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand (M sand) in trenches for cushioning/cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid across the cable for cable protection, above sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable, burnt, punctured aluminium conductor cable LT, PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, of cross sectional area upto 16 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing of LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core 16 Sqmm, including cable lugs, connection / termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Havells/Finolex/Gloster/Polycab.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing of LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 2 core 10 Sqmm, including cable lugs, connection/termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Havells/Finolex/Gloster/Polycab. Note for item Nos 8 & 9 :- Wherever the cables are to be laid/fixed on poles/walls/other surfaces the cost of clamping using appropriate size/type of MS clamps,nuts both etc is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for cutting the existing hard standing /PCC /WBM road at a depth not less than 45 cm and 25 cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in, complete including finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) upto 20 cm depth, finishing to a uniform smooth surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipes shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying galvanized iron pipe medium grade of dia 50mm for cable protection in trenches /ducts /floors or fixed on walls / roof / poles etc including suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Wherever the protection pipes are to be laid / fixed on poles /walls /other surface the cost of clamping using appropriate size /type of MS clamps, nuts both etc is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT/HT street light steel tubular poles above GL/coping including cross arms channels, flat iron clamps in LT/HT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying one coat of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for repair of street light /flood light LED fitting of capacity 25W /30W /45W /50W /60W /72W /90W /120W /150W , disconnecting and bringing down from pole, fixing after repairs including replacement of unserviceable spare parts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The unserviceable spare parts replaced will be measured and paid seperately.
