Dismantling & taking out of ACB L&T make from LT Panel installed at Bharat Nagar SPS removing of defective parts of ACB, removing of all incoming & outgoing cable connection.
Providing & fixing of indicating lamps
Providing& fixing of under voltage trip device (UVT) of above ACBS. Make-L&T
Providing & fixing of Arcing contact.
Providing & fixing of JAW Contact.
Providing & fixing of panel door lock.
Cleaning of incoming& outgoing bus bar & complete panel horizontal bus bar Aluminum& insulation with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve / PVC tape throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identity three phases& black for neutral.
Cleaning of panel removal of old grease and re-greasing of all movable parts with recommended grease, setting of tripping mechanism, wiring of under voltage coil, complete cleaning of ACB with making all incoming & out going cable connection with thumbing.
Testing & commissioning of ACB as per required parameters with relevant IS testing of the panel prior to switching on as continuity and earth testing, meggaring of all equipment for phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.
