S&F in replacement gear oil No -90 suitable for sewage treatment compressor blower. Make : Catrol make or equivalent as per ISI marked complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- 1. Contractor will provide quarterly testing of sewage inlet & outlet water of all STP's containing following parameter : PH value, Total suspended solids, oil & grease, BOD, COD as per IS 3025 (P-1) - 1987 from Govt / State Lab or approved NABL, Accredited laboratory and rate of same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. 2. Contractor will provide all testing instrument and a test lab in installation for instant testing at installation / STP for BOD incubator PH value, Temperature controller, Digital Nephelo tubidity meter digital TSD meter Digital PH meter and digital water marker in water testing lab testing display chart on lab. No extra amount shall be paid for test lab & testing instrument.

M&L for in replacement of granullar sand of filter media all sizes as per existing size, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance including servicing of motorized hanger doors 1, 2, 3 and Igloo (05 Nos) , electricaly operated like checking of motor, door movements, limit switch, alignment of wheels and lubrication, break panel, cable checking, normal and ruotine mantenance including complete contract period complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Comprehansive maintenance includes all minor parts required and consumable /repairs of parts like limit switches, Top and Bottom wheels, Drive assembly, connecting cable, lock/unlock arrangement and repairs etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance including servicing of Fire Alaram system at Hangers ( 05 Nos), Signal Section etc ( Entire AFS Hakimpet area), electricaly operated like checking of complete fire alaram system, break panel, cable checking, normal and routine mantenance including renewal/replacement of defective minor parts for the complete contract period complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Comprehansive maintenance includes all minor parts and consumable repairs and replacement of spare parts etc.

Material and labour for complete checking and servicing of control panel of Air compressor and connected programmed safety features, safety switches/ cut-outs / thermostats, etc, removing and re-terminating the burnt wires, checking of all contactors/contacts for proper auto functioning and rectifying the faults/ faulty components by replacing with new spares and setting the relays setting of programming of operating parameters and safety limits ( if required) etc including replacement of MCCB/MCB/Three/Single phase preventor and suitable star delta starter suitable for upto 40 HP Pump/ Motor,indication lamps,voltmeter, Ammeter,Bus bar and interlock control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All components need to Air Compressor panel deemed to be included in the quoted rate.After completion,erection of panel the testing will be carried out by the contractor.
