Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ,existing layer of thermoplast paint etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and air blower to removing all loose dirt etc, and apply evenly a priming / tack coat using paving bituminous primer (Vg-10) at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc seeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) @ 2.50 Kg Per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M & L for premixed bituminious macadam with binder contetent (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix (Job Mix) laid / rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 70 mm or less as per site requirement of site) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: (i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Schedule Item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (ii) The rate quoted inclusive of work in patchs also. (iii) Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.

M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using paving bitumen VG-30, 30 mm thick, consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5% binder content by weight of total, using mechanical paver roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note:- Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE. Note: (i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Schedule Item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (ii) The rate quoted inclusive of work in patchs also. (iii) Quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per design mix approved by GE.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 10 sq m each including Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep and removing same to a distance 50 m and stacking where directed and sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), applying evenly priming /tack coat primer using paving bitumen @ 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10 grade) and providing bituminious premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30mm thick (consolidated) thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note :- The rate quoted shall be inclusive of work in patches also).

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in repair solar stud of width 122.5mm, length 132.5mm, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm electronically operated with solar cell LED PCS,Ni-Cd 1400AH Battery with aluminium main frame bottom frame alluminium, reflective in two opposite direction and fixed in road surface as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in repairs 3M Vertical roadway reflective type delineator, one sided,white red, 1/CTN all weather visibility - 2 Part constructed of highly engineered plastic that employs highest Grade of type 11 Sheeting high Impact strength; robust and light weight with elegant eliptical shape; etc to be fixed in PCC (1:2:4) 300mmX300mmX300mm type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary earthwork & excavation in any type of soil) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in repairs unbreakable traffic convex mirror of 40 Inch dia fixed over and including 50 mm bore SS 304 Pipe of length 2000 mm including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate and including necessary earthwork & excavation in any type of soil) (300x3000x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.
