M&L for Dewatering & Cleaning of Under Ground Treated Water Sump of Capacity 200,000 Gallons involving the following cleaning process and complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) De-watering shall be carried out by using high pressure Open well Pump complete all as directed. (b) Total Removal of Sludges including dirty water/ Mud/ Mudy Water by Suction Jet Pumps at locations as directed by Eingineer in Charge. (c) Scrubbing of Internal Surfaces and Cleaning of Walls, Ceiling & Floors with wire Brush by applying Bleaching powder and again clean with Fresh Water repeatedly by using high pressure Jet Pump complete all as directed. (d) Pumping Out/ Removal of all dirt particles including muddy water, Fungus struck on its surfaces and sludge by Vacuum Pump specially designed all complete. (e) Applying One coat of Anti-bacterial Sterlization Spray to walls, Floors & Ceiling which is effective against all pathogens all as directed. (f) “Date of Cleaning” should be written over the outer surface of Tank with Synthetic Enamel Paint with lettering not less than 100mm height as directed by Engineer in Charge. (g) Cutting & Removing of Vegetation growth from the periphery of the tank and its vicinity at a radius not less than 10 Metre, complete all as Note: (01) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/Materials required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (02) The contractor shall be deployed man power to clean the sump as per requirement given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. NOTE :- Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/material required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account..

M&L for Dewatering & Cleaning of Reservoir having capacity of 50,00,000 Gallons capacity involving the following cleaning process and complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) De-watering up to bottom level shall be carried out by using high pressure Water Jet Pump complete all as directed. (b) Total Removal of Sludges including dirty water/ Mud/ Mudy Water by Suction Jet Pumps up to a safe distance not exc 200 Mtr from Reservoir Boundary as directed by Engineer in Charge. (c) Scrubbing and Cleaning of Walls & Bottoms of reservoir with wire Brush by applying Bleaching powder and again clean with Fresh Water repeatedly by using high pressure Jet Pump complete all as directed. (d) Pumping Out/ Removal of all dirt particles including muddy water, Fungus struck on its surfaces and sludge by Vacuum Pump specially designed complete all as directed. (e) Applying One coat of Weather Proof Cement Base Paint on surafces of walls and bottoms of reservoir complete all as directed. (f) “Date of Cleaning” should be written over the outer surface of Tank with Synthetic Enamel Paint with lettering not less than 100mm height as directed by Engineer in Charge. (g) Cutting & Removing of Vegetation growth and clearence of bushes and making the surface smooth complete all as directed by Engineering in Charge. Note: (01) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/materials required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (02) The contractor shall be deployed man power to clean the tank as per requirement given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. M&L for Cleaning and desludging of floculator cum sedimentation tank of 14.60 Mtr dia and 3mtr height including drain out of water from the tank to sludge cell and removing of sand/mud and sediment of alum from the bottom portion of the tank (1.70 metr depth) and taken out the sludge/mud from the tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses,algae,dirt and removal of dirt with wire brush by applying bleaching powder and cleaning entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and pumping out soiled ,muddy water from tank complete water along with sludge by Vacuum Pump specially designed and disposal of the same to a safe distance as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: 01 Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/materials required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (02) The contractor shall be deployed man power to clean the tank as per requirement given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. Note: (01) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/materials required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account. M&L for Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the sewage sump No 02 , size of under ground sump , 10 Metre depth and 09 Metre dia of sump UG and deliver to oxidation pond upto level (2 meter) of mud sludge/sewage debris and taking out sludge in liquid or in solid contents from the sewage sump to up to depth of 10 mtr mechanially using with high pressure sludge cutter machine or any other eqpt require to clean and remove all masses,algae,dirt / hard sludge / mud and including scrubbing of internal surfaces and cleaning of walls,floors & ceiling which dislodges the layers of dirt, funges struck on its surface and applying Anti-bacterial sterlization spray to walls, floors & ceiling and disposal of removed sludge out side the defence land in closed containers including two coats of white wash with bleaching powder on walls of sump and writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge NOTE :- (a) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/material required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account.The rate shall included taking out debries and solid sludge from site and deposited 1.5 KM away from site. (b) The contractor will be deployed man power to clean the sump as per periodicity given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. If they failed to clean in within time frame, the payment shall not be made to contractor and the recovery shall be made @ Rs 700 per day till execution of work. (c) The rate shall be included temporary arrangemnent of storage tank of sludge/sewage during cleaning of or making of by pass arrangement of sludge from Sewage sump No 02 to oxidation ponds, Sewage pipe cutting and maiking by pass pumping arrangement etc during cleaning of UG sump or excavation removal returning required to install temporary sludge storage tank at site for cleaning period nothing will be paid extra. (d) Unit rate quoted by contractor includes all lightning arrangements, safety arrangements and movable generator of suitable capacity for pumping shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the sewage sump No 01 of size 09 mtr depth and 08 mtr dia of sump UG and deliver to oxidation pond upto level (2 meter) of mud sludge/sewage debris and taking out sludge in liquid or in solid contents from the sewage sump to any 09 mtr machinally or using with high pressure sludge cutter machine or water jet machine to remove all masses,algae,dirt and removal of dirty water along with sludge using sludge machine and including scrubbing of internal surfaces and cleaning of walls,floors & ceiling which dislodges the layers of dirt, funges struck on its surface and applying Anti-bacterial sterlization spray to walls, floors & ceiling and disposal of removed sludge out side the defence land in closed containers including two coats of white wash with bleaching powder on walls of sump and writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge NOTE :- (a) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/material required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account.The rate shall included taking out debries and solid sludge from site and deposited 1.5 km away from site ,Transportation cost is also included. (c) The rate shall be included temporary arrangemnent of storage tank of sludge during cleaning of or making of by pass arrangement of sludge from 01 Sewage pump to 02 Sewage sump and same from Sewage pump 02 to oxidation ponds, Sewage pipe cutting and maiking by pass pumping arrangement etc during cleaning of UG sump or excavation removal returning required to install temporary sludge storage tank for cleaning period nothing will be paid extra (d) Unit rate quoted by contractor includes all lightning arrangements, safety arrangements and movable generator of suitable capacity for pumping shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for Cleaning bed by wire brush on floor wall sides, channel of the Empty filter bed Air hole,with high pressure water jet to remove all masses,algae,dirt and removal of dirty water and including scrubbing of internal surfaces and cleaning of walls,floors & ceiling which dislodges the layers of dirt, funges struck on its surface and connecting pipe to make bed free from floor vegetation on the same bed filter compartment of size 4.0mx 4.0m x3.0m and disnfecting by disinfecting material etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (01) Rate shall be inclusive for all T&P/materials required for dewatering and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (02) The contractor will be deployed additional man power to clean the sump as per periodicity given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. If they failed to clean in within time frame, the payment shall not be made to contractor and the recovery shall be made @ Rs 700 per day till execution of work. (03) Unit rate quoted by contractor includes all lightning arrangements, safety arrangements and movable generator of suitable capacity for pumping shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply and make liquid form and pour to dosing plant of Calcium Hypochlorite calcium based high strenghth grabular chlorine chemical for water disinfectant in factory sealed HDPE container sealed 45Kg each bag chlorine concentration level 65% to 70% of approved make. Note: (a) The quoted unit rate shall include mixing and dosing of calcium hypochlorite. (b) The bidder shall submit manufacturer test certificate and purchase voucher to the Engineer in Charge. (c) The make of chlorination chemical must be sealed in production and certified by Govt Laboratory confirming to compliance of specification suitable for drinking water with a declaration from the govt laboratory. (d) The make must contain corrosion inhibitor & Anti scaling agent to prevent damages of distribution pipeline & acessories. (e) Original certificate of compliance and authorization from the manufacturers including contact No & Date/ Batch No/SI No as per manufacturer instruction. (f) Chemical shall be supplied on requirement basis only.

M&L for Cleaning to back wash line in side the filter bed externally by scraping and by cleaning the air holes by drill machine/Air blower and making the pipe valley cleaned and functional & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on the metal pipes including preparation of surface etc complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

(02) The contractor will be deployed additional man power to clean the sump as per periodicity given by Engineer in Charge in works site order book. M&L for Desilting and cleaning of raw water channel from compound wall to raw water tank No.4 manually lifting mud/sludge from the bottom surface of the channel and cleaning the side walls(inside) with help of wire brush ,by applying bleaching powder and cleaning the entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and pumping out soiled water and clean bottom and side of wall chanel with fresh water , and including cutting grass, bushes both sides of the channel up to two metre each side from centre of the channel up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and depositing at a distance not more than 100 mtr away from site where as directed and leveling of surface both side of the channel complete all as specified and directed. Note . (a) The water shall not be provided by the department for cleaning of channel and contractor make own arrangement withot any extra claim. (b) The contractor will be deployed additional man power to clean the Channel as per Appx 'A' . If he failed to clean in within time frame , the payment will not be made to contractor and the recovery will be made RS @ 700 per day till completion. The contractor shall arrange of 01mtr x 01mtr x 01mtr iron frame (measuring unit ) and show the measurement at site to Rep of GE for removing of all mud/sludge and then take load in trolly / truck by manually , then take away from site. (c) Unit rate quoted by contractor includes all lightning arrangements, safety arrangements and movable generator of suitable capacity for pumping shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for Desilting of cleaning of raw water channel from Canal to air force boundary wall manually lifting mud/sludge from the bottom surface of the channel and cleaning the side walls(inside) with help of wire brush , by applying bleaching powder and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and pumping out soiled water and clean bottom and side of wall chanel with fresh water , and including cutting grass, bushes both sides of the channel up to two metre each side from centre of the channel up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and depositing the same minimum distance 1500 mtr away from site where as directed including minor repair to channel and leveling of surface both side of the channel complete all as specified and directed. Note . (a) The water shall not be provided by the department for cleaning of channel and contractor make own arrangement withot any extra claim. (b) The contractor shall be deployed additional man power to clean the Channel as directed by Engineer in Charge. If he failed to clean in within time frame , the payment will not be made to contractor and the recovery will be made RS @ 700 per day till completion ” (c) The contractor shall arrange of 01mtr x 01mtr x 01mtr iron frame (measuring unit ) and show the measurement at site to Engineer in Charge for removing of all mud/sludge and then take load in trolly / truck by manually without disturbing farmer's crops/ asset , then take away from site. M&L for Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar and removing of mud or loose soil along the periphery of wall and again fill loose or hard soil to support of new brick wall made by contractor complete and and remove the debris from site using tipper or trolly / manually and fill/ lay low laying area as required in Air force station or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete in surface channel etc all as specified and directe Engr-in-Charge. The cost shall be inclusive loading and unloading of bricks at site using manually transport without harm to farmer corps

M&L for Cement concrete in surface channel and drains type B2 (1:2:4 40mm graded aggregate) including demolishing the broken cement concrete and removing all waste material genarating during cement work and deposit 1.5 KM away from site by manually without disturbing the farmer's crops, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Pouring Non ferric alum AL2 (SO4)3 density 2.672g/cm3 appearance white Crystals clear type (transparent) superior grade all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The bidder shall supply alumn as per sample availabel at the AGE E/M office. (b) Alum shall supply in factory sealed packet.

Supply & Pouring liquid form of polymer liquid for raw water floculant superior grade all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The bidder shall supply liquid as per sample availabel at the AGE E/M office. (b) Chemical shall supply in factory sealed packet.

Supply of Orthotolidine solution in 22 ml to 30ml Capacity dropper bottles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Sample avaiable in AGE E/M office

M&L for painting by bluse paint of incoming and delivery pipe line 150/200 mm dia of CI/DI pipe line at the height of 20 mtr OHT ( Total OHT 07 Nos) and writing the details of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: (a) The quoted unit rate shall include provision of scaffolding for painting on OHT incoming & Delivery pipe line upto a height of 20 Metre and removing structure after completion of painting of scaffolding from the site including repairing painting work on OHT incoming/ outgoing drain pipe line at rigidly supported structure safe working height of 20 mtrs as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Water level indicator made out of aluminium channel of size 75mm (made up of aluminium plain sheet of 1.25mm thick) fixed on a aluminium channel by suitable size of nut, bolts and washers including necessary welding work etc including two coats of painting (white and water proof) and marking the water level in "feet" with red colour paint including necessary earth work and PCC foundation for fixing of aluminium channel including taking down old indicator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out and cutting of trees upto dia 80mm grass, bushes, hedges etc upto height of 04 mtr length, small trees of dia upto 50mm with roots, hedges etc at any location including bushes and any other vegetation upto entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge and removing the same outside MoD/ AF land . Note: (a) The cost shall be included Removing/ of grass , bushes, Trees with rooot below 30 cm under ground and making smooth surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) The quoted unit rate shall include making smooth surface by refilling using Cement Concrete 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Chrage. (c) The Location for cutting of Bushes/ grass/ Hedges/ Tress shall be intimated by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out and cutting of grass, bushes, hedges etc upto height of 02 mtr length including small trees, bushes, hedges etc with root including leveling all side of Raw water tank/ under ground Sump/Over head/ Under Ground Reservoir including wrapping/ scrapping the surface of walls and bottom of the tank by brush for the removal of salt deposit/ fungus grass and any other vegetation upto entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge channel and removing the same outside MoD/ AF land . Note: (a) The cost shall be included Removing/ of grass , bushes, Trees with rooot below 30 cm under ground and making smooth surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) The quoted unit rate shall include making smooth surface by refilling using Cement Concrete 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Chrage. (c) The Location for cutting of Bushes/ grass/ Hedges/ Tress shall be intimated by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of Flocculator and all Machineries installed at filtration plant ie. Motors, Panel, Grills, Railings etc. brooming down,scrubbing with steel wire brush, scrapping painted surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (grey) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of floculator tank, sludge cell and filter bed by brooming down,scrubbing with steel wire brush, scrapping distempered and painted surfaces & applying two coats of white wash with DDL etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Taking out the old/unserviceable filter media gravel of any size from beds and deposting the same not more than 150mtr away from filter bed etc The cost deemed to be ncluding cleaning and scrubing the all walls with wire brush and two coat of white cement & washing the same with potassium permagnate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The fillter media shall be removed in the plant as per Appx 'A' periodicity. If he failed to clean in within time frame , the payment will not be made to contractor and the recovery will be made RS @ 700 per day till completion

Supply and filling layer of fine sand and coarse sand in filter media inside filter bed grade size 1mm to 1.5mm (as per sample) the depth of sand media varies between 60cm to 80cm very fine and 1 mm accumulated at top of the filter and coarse sand 1.5mm grade below the fine sand etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.as. Note: The filter media fill in the plant as per Appx 'A' periodicity.If he failed to clean in within time frame , the payment will not be made to contractor and the recovery will be made RS @ 700 per day till completion

All as per item No. 34 here-in-before but intermediate 2nd layer of gravel graded size 12mm to 20mm.
