Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.
M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6.
All as per item No. 2 above but except stone. Note:- Old stones obtained from item No. 1 shall be reused under this item.
Extra over stone walling built in lime or sand stone, for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40 mm and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought up to courses.
M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks(for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc. and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match.
Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses, built in cement or cement lime mortar.
M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:4.
S&F 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes type ‘A’, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in weep holes. Make : Finolex, Prince, Supreme
M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains (forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid for separately).
Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered/stopped ends, etc all as specified.
Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.
M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, including necessary form work moulds etc all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).
M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.
Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and removing from site all as specified and directed.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type with line wires and tie bars.
Excavating in post holes, in soft/loose soil, (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces.
M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete/sunken floors all as specified and directed.
S&F mild steel of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work.
Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of 3.00 mm dia wire and 75 x 75 mm mesh size (pitch of wire). Make- TATA, Jindal or any equivalent.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire Note:- Chain link fencing and line wires shall be measured and paid for separately as “supply only”.
Supply only plain mild steel wire 4.00 mm dia, galvanized class 3 in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolt, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (Each line of wire to be measured)
S&F mild steel screw bolts, (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck, n. exc. 5 cm long, with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.
Dismantling of existing rusted/broken GI barbed wire, any type including wire to be neatly coiled on rough drums and removing unserviceable from site and keep serviceable aside for reuse all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
All as per item 29 above but fixing only. Note:- Old serviceable barbed wire obtained from item No. 28 shall be reused.
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n. exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer unconnected with other painting or painted in a different tint.
M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.
M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base.
S&F 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, coloured (red/yellow) glossy finish, machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.
Forming embankments (soils) including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n. exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n. exc. 1.5 m high from base.
