Manufacture and supply of temporary boat made out of Drum and MS structure and other allied works on river Fulhar at Intake Station of Balupur water supply scheme under Ratua-I Block in the District of Malda under Malda Mechanical Division, PHE Dte.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design and direction of EIC. (Make-TATA/RINL/BANSAL/GAGAN)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of 15 nos. Oil drum for making temporary boat as per direction of EIC.

Fabrication charges of temporary boat using items as in sl. no. 1.00 and 2.00 including supports to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.

Supply delivery & storage at site 2.0 mm CRCA sheet steel enclosed, cubical type with front & rear lockable hinged door, complete with Al. Busbar and all switchgear for controlling two nos. motors.

Dismantling the common header, butterfly valve, NRV, and two nos 22 KW single stage non-clog Submersible pump motor including cutting the nut,bolts and other jointing materials, unfixing the angle, M.S plate, channels, other M.S structural Items, piping for delivery etc from old pontoon barge by engaging manual labour and gas cutting set up as per direction of E.I.C.

Assemblying the components of dismantaled Barge/Pontoon at river bed by reinstalling pump-motor sets, starter panel,common header, nut bolts etc. and placing the temporary boat at specified location and anchoring the same with river bed with hiring 2 nos boat all complete as per tender Specification and direction of E.I.C.

Hire and labour charges for plumbing work, uprooting of the laid raw water pipe line after excavation of earth by manual labour for reconnecting with the departmentally supplied DN 250 mm flexible rubber hose all complete as per direction of EIC.

Anchoring the boat with the river bed with the help of suitable anchors made out of Wrought Iron (20 Kg each) and Anti snapping safety device twisted cord twine rope of suitable size as per direction of EIC
