Providing SS Handrail and Looking Glass in OTIS Make 2 Nos. VIP Lifts and 2 Nos. North Side Lifts installed at Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi

Providing & fixing Lift Car SS Handrail (16 Passenger), 3 sides railing in round pipe 40mm dia, 16 Gauge, 6 Nos. holding bracket, round plare 75mm and 6 Nos. spacer and handrail holding bolt and argon welding with grinding and polishing, 3 side each lift etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & fixing Lift Car (16 Passenger) looking mirror glass 5mm thick with lamination in SS Frame and hardboard & rubber beading with hardware on Lift Car half rear panel etc. complete with fixing as reqd.

Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each operator. 2. The firm shall provide each operator with working cell phone. 3. The operators may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any operator as per T & C of contract. 5. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. Servicing Scrap items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 8. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 9. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 10. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 11. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 12. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 13. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 14. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 15. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST. Declaration by Bidder 1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2.
