Dismantling of existing roof Treatment from roof and parapet of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- A rate of this item is inclusive of diconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting grooves as V type in brick wall/ slab, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, using rounded or chamfered on edges or making slop on roof for padding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/ concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 04 Story building), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for applying 3.00 mm thick APP based polymer membrane by torch application for sealing joint and applying two coats of Bituminous base Aluminium paint over 85/ 25 industrial bitumen coat over @ 1.20Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on newly plastered clean and dry roof surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for gunntling to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, ceiling, facia, landing, balconies and similar works etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fisng with sufficient fastners/ concrete nails/ welding at regular intervals welded steel wire mesh 50 mm x 50 mm with 4 mm dia steel wire as faces/ drops and applying epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikaa. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm with varying thickness from 25 mm to 100 mm as per requirement at site gunniting in cm 1:2 (one pat of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) and plastering in cm 1:4 to a uniform surface, wherever required at any height, location and positon, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all conrete surface shall be thorughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars were incorporated in work however min 20 mm cement plaster in 1:4 and necessary concrete wks related to gunniting to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Gunniting at Ground floor to 4th storey (iv) Anti corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars. (v) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Rate for steel scaffolding and formwork wherever required and as directed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) All demolished material removed from MoD land completely to any location as per NGT Norms. (viii) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures).

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand mixed with Liquid WPC) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 6mm t0 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using Aluminium Channel, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic) of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning including preparation of new plastered surface, including necessary scaffolding upto 4th storey, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion by Auto Roller over a coat of primer over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning including finishing by Sanding Machine and Auto Roller new surface complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular/ hollow section, channel or flat sections) independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using FE-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including dismantling of existing sheet in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, roof levelling course, bed block for flooring, rungs, window cills etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition reinforced cement concrete in any position including cut of bars as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in chajja and similar work complete, all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Form work to chajja trough and similer item including edges in falt for rough finished surface of concrete complete all specified and directed

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as in coping on precast jalli supported on walls, beams and columns in shelves and the like.complete all as spd and directed

M&L for rough finished surfaces of concrete formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, stone, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor etc., including rough top surface to receive floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as in dado/skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for skid/ non skid glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement as in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm granite slab of any size for service counter and platform over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including making good the edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 30 cm x 30 Cm x 25 mm thick pre-printed coloured, Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigment over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in CM (1:4) as in Path, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in plinth protection and courtyard, finished even and smooth/fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified

S&F 500 Litre capacity three layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe of 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe of 600 mm long with all fittings including dismantling/ taking down of the existing tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity three layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe of 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe of 600 mm long with all fittings including dismantling/ taking down of the existing tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 500 ltrs/ 1000 ltrs of RCC or PVC tanks including writing the letters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- While cleaning any parts of the water tanks was broken/ damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

S&F in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs, 20 mm Bore gun metal Gate/Globe half turn valves with iron wheel/Lever fixed-in-repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F for 20 mm dia CPVC SDR 11 pipe fixed to concealed/ wall, ceilling, laid in floor etc, incl all fittings with solvant and brass threaded fittings for fixing taps etc including Taking down unserviceable steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, including water tighteness test etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 25 mm dia CPVC SDR 11 pipe fixed to concealed/ wall, ceilling, laid in floor etc incl all fittings with solvant and brass threaded fittings for fixing taps etc, including Taking down unserviceable Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, etc., including water tightness test etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, jointing and testing galvanized steel water tubing 20 mm bore (dia) (ISI Marked), medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to concealed or on wall, ceiling or laid in floors or any other situation including taking up or down existing steel tubing/ CPVC pipe of any grade and connection includings making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F, jointing and testing galvanized steel water tubing 25 mm bore (dia) (ISI Marked), medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to concealed or on wall, ceiling or laid in floors or any other situation including taking up or down existing steel tubing/ CPVC pipe of any grade and connection includings making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
