Supply, installation, commissioning and testing indoor type LT wall mounting Panel Board of minimum size 1.00 m (height) x 1.00 m (breath) x 0.30m (depth) factory made CPRI approved panel, weather, dust & vermin proof indoor, double door, front openable, including four compartment for fixing of five Nos single phase meter and MCB and providing glass view for reading of meter and providing rubber/ PVC gasket of suitable size all sides of door, with copper busbar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves with maintained the colour code and copper strip/wire busbar of suitable size to MCCB input and MCCB/MCB output of suitable length for connection of cable from main busbar, made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet with suitable size angle iron supporting frame including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire and connections of all outgoing / incoming existing cable of any size complete all as directed.

OUTGOING :- (a) MCB SPN 40 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10 KA all complete as specified and as directed - 05 Nos (b) Fixing only serviceable existing electric meter- 05 Nos (obtained from taking down item )

M & L sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm main wire along with 1 run of 6 sqmm earth wire (green in colour) single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded, 1100 volts grade ISI marked copper conductor cable, drawn through and including adequate size rigid non-metallic PVC FRLS concealed / surface conduit (medium grade) wherever necessary with all fittings & accessories including cutting chases for conduits as required, sinking for terminal boxes, making good the same & taking down complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Two runs of main copper conductor, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Description all as per ser item No. 3.00 here in above but with 2 runs of 10 sqmm main wire along with 01 runs of 6 sqmm earth wire.

Supplying, laying ,fixing, jointing and testing of LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 35 sqmm x 3.5 core IS 7098 marked with electric connection, lugs/in GI pipes incl connection to LT panels with gland all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cable jointing kit for LT XLPE cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core, heat shrinkable type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm in trenches, under floors,roads,along poles for protection of cable with all necessary fittings and sealing ends complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for breaking PCC carefully and by manually incl taking out loop of XLPE cable and GI protection pipes all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete incl necessary form work all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete incl necessary form work all as specified and directed. Note for item No 14 and 15 : The rate includes M&L for necessary form work .

Dismantling of complete exhaust fan 300 mm sweep unscrewing the body parts of the exhaust fan taking out ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. Incl removing the fan from its original position ,overhauling and varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Re-assembling complete exhaust fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, incl refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 23.00 above but exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep.

Taking down and dismantling of complete pedestrial fan / cabin fan 400 mm sweep unscrewing the body parts of the fan taking out ball bearing gun metal bush etc. Removing of unserviceable ball bearing, gun metal bush, overhauling and varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Re-assembling complete fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc all as directed.

Taking down and dismantling of complete PVC exhaust fan 200/250/300 mm sweep by unscrewing the body parts of the fan taking out ball bearing , gun metal bush etc. Removing of unserviceable ball bearing, gun metal bush, overhauling and varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Repair / maintenance and servicing of non functioining geysers of 25 ltrs capacity due to any defect like air lock, water leakage in pipe line joints,non functioning of any parts, checking electric connections and making good the loose electric connection and pipe line leakage etc.and making the geysers functional complete

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geysers) of 25 litres capacity for servicing after disconnecting existing water supply and electric connection by unscrewing / cutting of holding bolts / nuts from walls and opening the tank for repair including taking out inner assembly and scraping scale deposite on the surfcae of assembly, cleaning and washing and re-assembling after repairs and fixing the same in its original position and making necessary water supply and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be included taking down of geyser from original position and refixing after repair incl the cost of nut and bolt if any required at site incl necessary cost of rubber gasket in any size complete all as specified and as directed.
