Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from the chair dining, tightening the loose joints of each chairs by pinning,screwing, nailing, wedging and glueing,placing every part in-tact and recanning the chairs in true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide of white colour 1st quality.The border of seat shall weaved with 4mm thick cane.The canning of chairs shall only be carried out after complete polishing process as specified and as shown on drgs. Note:- French polishing shall be measured & paid separately under item No 1.09 of BOQ.
Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat from the chair and supply and fixing new PVC seat 4mm thick after providing sufficient corner support and one additional stiffener at centre for support of PVC seat.The PVC seat shall be fixed with proper screws and good workmanship.Due care shall be taken while fixing the PVC seat, the gaps if appears be filed with putty mixed with adhesive so as to make the upper surface smooth and tidy. Removing the old broken shoes of chairs and Supply and Fixing best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

The entire structure shall be covered with 100mm foam cushion and overwhich best quality tapestry cloth shall be fixed as directed by Engr-In –Charge. 02 nos of MS flat of size 25mmx4mm welded beneath in between the width of the chair for support of seat. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.
S&F in repair back of the chair made out of 6mm plywood. The plywood shall be fixed over wooden frame made out of batten of size 40mmx20mm with nail and adhesive. The seat shall be fixed in between the frame with nut bolts and washers.

Removing of old fabric and pressed molded polyurethane foam cushion from seat and back of chair revolving executive after carefully removing the PVC lipping from the edges of the seat and back of the chair, Supply and fixing new moulded polyurethane foam cushion 50mm thick of 40 density and fabric of cost not less than ` 200/- per RM over the seat and back of the chair as per the existing shape of the chair duly providing new PVC lipping all-round the edges of seat and back of the chair all as approved by Engr-in-charge.
Removing the old unserviceable arm of the chair revolving executive by unscrewing the bolt from the inner side, Supply and fixing new arm to the chair revolving executive of the same shape and size as of existing one. The arm shall be of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert, it shall be scratch and weather resistant.
Removing the old unserviceable complete pedestal assembly (Complete Base) along with hydraulic system of chair revolving executive by removing the pin from bottom carefully without damaging the upper portion. Supply and fixing new pedestal assembly (complete base) along with hydraulic system of chair revolving executive with standard workmanship .The pedestal assembly shall consists of five wheel coasters for smooth running of chairs and shall have gas lift mechanism.
