Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

PROOF OF CONCEPT(POC) Certificate obtained from Department.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The tenderer shall furnish required information in all prescribed formats Scan & upload all the original documents/Formats required for this bid to the KPPportal.

As per Karnataka State Government order No. LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No. PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

Workdone Certificates/Suppley Order to any Govt. Organization or Semi Government organization or any Government Undertaking agencies.

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders.

The Tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate/Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification.

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself and should got tested by the competent authorities at his own cost beforeuse on the work.

If the office happens to be closed on the dates notifed, next working day will holds good.

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act and applicable any other law as concerned to work. In case of any mishap accidents are cause of death it is the duty of the contractor to settle the dispute at is own cost. In no way department is held responsible.

All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours/ employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintenance period.

Any damage caused due to any reasons shall be rectifed/replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusive of all such arrangements/precautions work needed

ISO Certifcate 9001:2015 documents must be upload.

Past performance with Karnataka Government supply documents must be uploaded.

The product used in above supply should be Make In India (MII)

If the Tenderer is manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the euipments similar to the type specifed in the Schedule of requirements (usually not less than 80% of requirement) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent Series, Models incorporating the latest improvements in designs. The model should have be relesed on or after ........ (indicate the year of the model as appropriate) and be in satisfactory operation for ......(sepecify and appropriate period) months as on date of tender Opening

Assesed tender capacity.

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause.

All the specifications in the commercial bid format please be read as with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Agency shall comply with ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) requirement during execution of work.

Liquid Damages (LD) 0.01% per week and max 10% as per KTTP Act

DLP one year from the date of the completion of work

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself and should got tested by the competent authorities at his own cost before use on the work.

Excess Tender Premium will not be given.

Period for completion of this work is 03 (Three) months including Monsoon.

The Tenderer shall furnish, as part of his tender, earnest money deposit in the amount as shown in column 4 of the Table of IFT for this particular work. Tenderer should pay the full EMD amount of Rs. 79,169/- through e-payment only.

In case bidder has quoted less rates difference amount shall be submitted in the form of DD/FDR which shall be scanned along with documents and original DD/FDR should be submitted to division office on / before date and time of opening of tender

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 ,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 a) Achieved in at least one financial years an average financial turnover (in all classes of providing & supplying works only) of Rs. 39.58 Lakhhs (Turn Over certificate must have UDIN Number Otherwise it will not be considered)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 ,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (b) satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as For Which Tender Called of value not less than Rs. 19.79 Lakhs.

All rates are including GST. No seperate GST will be paid.

Verification of past experience to be considered excluding GST (Work Done and Turn Over).

Technical Criteria

General

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.
