M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment/finishes on (G+3) bldgs providing necessary scaffolding & safety precautions and cleaning the surfaces free from any loose paint, dust,greases,growth of fungus,algae or moss using wire brush and levelling the surface even and smooth using mechanical sander and finally applying water by pressure jet washer of max pressure of 170 bar with automatic pressure relief system. The following process shall be initiated only after the above surface preparations :- (a) Filling the surface cracks using crack seal compound on required consistency using electric mixer. (b) Filling the dents and holes using wall care putty in appropriate ratio using electric mixer.(c) Applying one or two coats of damp proof primer (primer coat) using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300 psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30m.(d) Applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Anti algal weather coat 100% acrylic smooth emulsion paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300 psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30m.

Note : (i) Work shall be executed only through authorised applicator duly approved by Manufacturer of Paint and certificate in this connection shall be submitted by the Contractor. (ii) The affected area of the wall due to dampness shall be ascertained by moisture meter of power input 9v Display 60 LEDs using colour code scale and Moisture measurement of each location shall be submitted along with RAR. (iii) The contractor shall upload MOU letter with any one of Paint manufacturer within 28 days of receipt of acceptance copy failing which contract shall be liable for cancellation. Authorised applicator shall have valid authorisation letter from the manufacturer The authorisation letter needs to be valid for the complete period of execution of the painting work. (iv) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall inspect and approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (v) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained & submitted alongwith RAR/FB duly signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (vi) The equipments to be used in the work shall be certified by the manufacturer with whom the MOU been entered into.The specification and details of the equipments and tools pertaining to this item is denoted on Particular Specification.Manual method of paint application is not allowed and also Penalty shall be levied if appropriate tools & equipments pertaining to smart periodicals not used. (viii) Proper masking arrangement shall be carried before the application of primer or paint. (ix) The other coat of Primer and Paint shall be applied only after the completion of drying time and comply with recoating period as per manufacturer instructions. (x) Cost of scaffolding upto (G+3) height of building shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L Grinding & polishing of existing Kota stone flooring by mechanical means by using beewax polish and removing all organic particles, oil/grease & similar items to bring the surface clean and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for surface preparation of plastered/painted surfaces of wall by cleaning the surface free from any dust,loose paint & dirt,fungus,algae or moss properly removed by wire brush and water and filling the cracks,holes or dents with wall care putty/crack seal and then applying one coat of Decoprime cement primer WT/ST by using roller/brush/spray alongwith one coat of acrylic wall putty of required thickness,subsequently repeating the above process & applying two coats of Royale play base coat paint by using roller/brush/spray and finally applying two coats of Metallic Royal play water based non toxic, non-flammable & lead free texture painting (top coat) of any pattern/colour of desired finish/effect by using brush/roller as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (a)Proper drying time of 6 to 8 hours shall be given for each coat of painting as per manufacturer's instruction. (c)Contractor shall visit the site and assess the surface before quoting the rate and if any dampness in existing surfaces then it must be properly arrested by using damproof paint and cost of this effect shall be included in this quoted rate.

S&F in repair Vitreous China urinals, half stall type complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, pointing around urinal back in cement, including waste pipe and CP urinal spreader complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlings, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee,angle,Channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.of grade Fe 410-w grade E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F rolled Mild steel work as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and like including caps bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates or pipe section including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc..(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or grith not other wise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness in roof covering,etc. including ridge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.135.00 above but plain steel sheet as in ridges & gutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
