M&L for taking out/pumping out contaminated water from water sumps and discreting into open drain/area as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note. Dewatering shall be done by suction pump/any mechnical means and disposed by truck mounted trailors to dispose off contaminated water and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for cleaning of silt/mud from water sumps of any capacity and upto any depth including removing out all mud and deposited to a distance outside the Min of Defence Land area to a place as authenticated by civil authorities complete all as specified and directed. Note. Disposal of silt/mud shall be carried by truck mounted trailors and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and fair without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as recommended by manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed. Note. WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly treated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (colour and tint as approved by GE in any pattern) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying a coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing even and fair without using extra cement 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed/rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC as recommended by manufacturer on green faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for remove loose, delaminated or unsound concrete by chipping the internal surfaces of over head water tanks of appx Height 20-25 mtr by deploying expert trademen having experience of working on multistorey building and tower like structure with and including latest mechnical tools ,T&P with all safety equipment & scalf folding to reach the required height for carrying out etc and clean the surface by brushing & watering etc to make the surface clean and free of paint ,foreign deposites, contaminants etc complete all as specified and directed. Note. Cost of scoffolding, safety equipments shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for cutting 'U' shaped grove carefully by diamond cutter, breaker etc without damaging the structure in RCC members i.e. internal surface, of size approx 37mm (depth) x 25mm (width) along the constructions joints and other surfaces as directed and filling the 'U' grove with XYPEX Patch N plug or equivalents in make AQUACREAT and PIDILITE over and including applicaton of XYPEX concrete slurry (XYPEX concentrate) @ 0.04 kg/RM in the grove by brush application and allow to dry for 10 minutes as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make. XYPEX, AQUACREAT, PIDILITE. Note. (a) Cost of providing scafolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Structural treatment to be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of surface and applying 12.5mm thick fully consolidated XYPEX megamix-II @ 25kg/1.05 sqm or equivalent in makes AQUACREAT and PIDILITE by low pressure spray equipment or with trowel for pathing and resurfacing of deteriorated concrete to produce superior bond low shrinkage, chemical durability and high strength mixed with water at site as per manufacture instructions/ specifications, initial setting time 3.25 hrs and final setting time 5.00 hrs with compressive strength 53 MPA in 28 days, complete all as specified and directed. Make. XYPEX, AQUACREAT, PIDILITE. Note. (a) Cost of providing scafolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Structural treatment to be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M&L for two coats of XYPEX concentrate or equivalent in make AQUACREAT, PIDILITE & STAR unique chemical tratment of water proofing for reparing the cracks, faulty construction joints and honey combs and repair of concrete @ 8.80 kg/sqm each coat as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make. XYPEX, AQUACREAT, PIDILITE. Note. Chemical treatment shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

M & L for complete removal of old existing treatment by washing , rubbing and washing down of old decorated plastered or concrete surfaces of over head tanks & installation of any height and preparation of surface applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over one coat of primer as per existing colour code complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth , not otherwise described at any height and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint compete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing,balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc.Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality including welding work in any height complete all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hings complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any desctiption over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M/L PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over and including 50mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/cills/edging, bed blocks including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth protection joints at every 3.0 Mtr intervals and turning shall fill with sand Mix or bituminous mastic complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
