Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S & F 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardantgrade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hingese, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid separately),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe - 290-0 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 35mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc, without sash bars, mitred and rebated, with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc, sizes of stiles, rails and sash bars including stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapples as per SSR Part I CLAUSE 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC (White) valve less syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve float, handle, Aluminium brackets for bottom support fixing with gutties embedded in wall with drilling machine etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated (50 micorn thick) aluminium sliding window, three track 'C' series 1.5 mm thick of make Jindal or equivalent with two glazed shutters each covering half opening and one gauged shutter covering half opening, including self closing locking arrangement, stoppers and rubber gasket , 4.8mm thick glass panes, stainless steel wiremesh 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and avereage width of aperature 1.40mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for powder coated (50 micron thick) aluminium windows/ventilator of side hung type without sash bar including aluminium hinges, hook & eye, handle, tower bolt, gasket, glazing clip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 2nd class hardwood rail and style of 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters (2 panels ) with lock rain and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm long (size) butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 15mm dia CP bib tap fancy type chromium plated all as specified and directed by the Engr-n-charge

S & F Sheet glass, 3mm thick ordinary quality, in squares exc 0.50 sq. m each pane glazing with oil putty or glazing clips or wooden beadings, aluminium beadings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 40mm thickness in two to three layer thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 15mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of rust from reinforcement by rubing with wire brush or emeray paper and cleaning of reinforcements with RUSTKLENE or Sika rust off-100 of Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent in MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd or FOSROC Industries Bangalore as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note: The net area of item No.62 of surface area shall be measured and paid under this item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for application of zinc rich primer coat for corrosion protection on reinforcement bars BUILDCOAT (ZP) or Friazinc-R (Primer manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd) and shall be applied in a manner such that primer shall be a coating of atleast 40micron complete all as specified and directed.Note: The net area of item No.62 of surface area shall be measured and paid under this item.

Dismantling/Taking out and removing existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weekend cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external surfaces of RCC roof slab/beams/columns/chajjas or any concrete structures depth varying from 25mm to 90mm (approx upto 13.35m height from natural ground level) with power driven (HILTI-706) or pneumatic chisel as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including saw cutting of all edges making square shoulders of the cavities roughening of smooth surfaces. Providing and erecting steel props (up to full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. all as specified and directed. (NOTE FOR ITEM NOS : 62 to 65) (i) The rates of scaffolding of structure rehabilitation and gunitting upto 05 story bldg deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) The dismantling of concrete in RCC members, RCC slabs, Cantilever, Balcony projections, Balcony and columns and beams and other columns to be done after necessary back propping deemed to be included in the item rate. M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm thick over cement screed bed, 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of tile including pointing with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 595mm to 605mm x 595 mm to 605 mm x7-8 mm rectified coloured ceramic tiles, joint free, as approved by Garrison Engineer in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 595 mm to 605 mm x 100 mm x 7-8 mm thick rectified coloured ceramic tiles as skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors finished rough complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Granite of 18 to 20mm thick with uniform texture (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of makrana doogri green colour stone for Kitchen cooking platform laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) polishing bevelled edges of corner etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plants growth in any position of the building and removal of entire roots and making good the surfaces with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kitchen shelves, slabs, chajjas and like complete all as specified including necessary form works complete all as specified.Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all scafolding, form work, underpinning etc to the entire completion of wok. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. Nothing shall be paid extra under this item. The work will be carried out i G+3 bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire dia not less than 0.9 mm (annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with necessary bends/tees/sockets etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors with suitable clamps/bracket including taking down old PVC/CI pipes and necessary cutting through RCC roof and brick work etc (G+3 storey height) and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 100mm dia (bore of pipe) cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste, vent pipe in any length with or without ears with lead joint fixed to walls, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 75mm dia (bore of pipe) cast iron (sand cast) soil, waste, vent pipe in any length with or without ears with lead joint fixed to walls, including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 100mm dia (bore of pipe) cast iron Tee diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with Lead joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 82 but 75mm dia (bore of pipe) Tee complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
