S/R to T2 MDR Biswanathpur to Latabainsia road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment as per the direction of EIC.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In Charge.

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

P.C.C (1:3:6) using 40mm size H.G metal well rammed with cost, Conveyance, royality, taxes of all material and labour, T&P etc. Complete.

Construction of R.C.C.M 20 grade in with 20mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to center spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3

Rigid & smooth steel centering & shutteing at all heights of bridge work such as well curb, well steining, well cap, pier & abutment shaft, pier & abutment caps, wing walls, tie beam, road kerb & Dirt wall using required nos of vertical & horizontal supports of scaffolding with joists, N.G.rails & Channels & steel shuttering plates including welding, bolting, cost, conveyance, royality & all other taxes of all materials & cost of scaffolding gang way etc including cost of conveyance of dismantling & disposing debries clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills & concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification. (AR,P-52)
